Excellent & Quick Service I was visiting Toronto from my home town Iroquois Falls (8 hours North). I got a flat tire & couldn't drive back on the donut in the trunk. I called t I was visiting Toronto from my home town Iroquois Falls (8 hours North). I got a flat tire & couldn't drive back on the donut in the trunk. I called the dealership. They told me to come right in. As soon as I arrived they brought in my car & found a nail had gone through to the wall of the tire - 10 minutes tops. They didn't have my tire in stock so they had one brought in. They gave us a ride back to my niece's house, picked us up 15 minutes earlier than we had thought. They even offered me a free car wash. It was amazing....great service...great attitude...great people. I would deal with them all the time if I lived in Toronto. More

Professional and honest customer service I am always pleased when I deal with Toyota on Park. When I bought my 2012 Prius C last August, everyone on the sales team was great. I found the service staff equally as professional when I brought my car in with a concern about my brakes. I felt taken care of as soon as I drove through the doors, from the receptionists, Amanda, and Sham, to Cedric, the technician, who took me for a road test. Cedric answered all of my questions about the vehicle. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and honest he was. Once I understood how the brakes behave on my Prius C, I had peace of mind and realized that servicing wasn't necessary. I really appreciate that I wasn't advised to spend money on an inspection or repair that wasn't needed. I highly recommend this dealership and service department. More
