I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. Just bought a new Lincoln. Had it built. On the day I arrived to do the paperwork and pick it up, there were no less than seven people who got involved (!) including Richard Kl Had it built. Richard set the tone, sharing how important it is for him that each Klaben person listens to the customer and uses empathy for the customer's situation before making any decision--whether it be a decision about pricing, delivery, service, or any extra that might need attention. My salesperson, Doug Lewin, is a great human being who counts himself successful ONLY if the customer is 100 percent satisfied. Sean Bradford, in service, showed up to share a dozen interesting and heartfelt points of view about customer service and how his shop is committed to it. Frankly, given that Lincoln built and delivered the car during an autoworker's strike, there were one or several things that went wrong during the process. At each of these points, Klaben stepped in to "make it right." I've been with Klaben for eight years and that phrase is one I have heard very, very often. When something goes wrong. They fix the problem. Period. I have never had any Klaben employee dance around, trying to deflect a problem with smoke and mirrors. This organization wants to "do the right thing." Each time. Every time. Klaben is going all in on Lincoln, building a new showroom, committing to provide dedicated Lincoln service. At this point, they are the best Lincoln dealer in the state. When the new digs are done, they will be one of the best Lincoln dealerships in the country. Lucky me. Lucky you. Go meet these people. They will make you smile. More

Sorry this is little late. I’ve been dealing with e Klaben Ford for over 30 years sales and service. So when my wife and relocated to Florida for her work I checked out some de I’ve been dealing with e Klaben Ford for over 30 years sales and service. So when my wife and relocated to Florida for her work I checked out some dealers, well I traveled the 1060 miles back to klaben to have my service and warranty work done to my f250. They treat you as family everything is fix and fixed right. Mike Brandvold is top notch no sugar coating with him he gets to the point and tells if you need it now or can wait. I’ve dealt with over 20 years I trust him with all my cars. Oh shout out to Chris Moldas for helping with mommas car. Thanks again guys. Also thanks to Curt in parts for getting me a few things. More

This dealership is unique--and it's for real. Each person you talk with, sales or service, INTENDS to listen to you--and to ACT on your behalf. A common sort of comment is, "I get that. This is genuine; not a manipulation of some sort. Recently, I endured a frustrating and frightening Lincoln recall. In my view, Lincoln dropped a ball or two. Klaben did not. They listened, acted, made changes, diligently kept plugging away. Richard Klaben, head of Klaben Ford Lincoln, pulled together my 8 1/2 years of experience with them one day when he told me something to the effect, "We are all about empathy here. If we can't put ourselves in your shoes and understand problems from your point of view, we shouldn't be in the service business. That's what the foundation of service needs to be all about: empathy." So, there you have it. If you want to thoroughly enjoy your interactions with auto service--even if the car acts up very badly, indeed--buy from Klaben. Look for Mario Palomba. I can't imagine there is a better service provider than he is. Period. You'll find Sean Bradford in Service to be a true professional who keeps on trying on your behalf, time after time--because he believes he needs to get it right. Currently, I've ordered a new Lincoln through Doug Lewin. I think you'll be mighty happy if you give him a call. He's smart, forthright and honest. His attitude toward sales is that it's all about service. Imagine that?! Wow. More
