Received a recall notice in the mail for my MKZ. Called and spoke with Jessica and she set up everything with no problems and the repair was made in my driveway 2 days later! Their Mobile Technician, Michael Albritton, was prompt, friendly, and did a great job handling the recal Mobile Service to make repairs at your home.
