The people are great. What’s not so great is when you buy an expensive extended warranty and get told the part in question is not covered. Klaben body shop had my 2022 Bronco sport looking brand new after I was Rear ended. Kristin dealt with me from the start, and I’ll forever brag and recommend her! She was the sweetest, and kept me in the new after I was Rear ended. Kristin dealt with me from the start, and I’ll forever brag and recommend her! She was the sweetest, and kept me in the loop the entire time they had my car! My dad was in an accident 12 days after me, and she took care of him and got his car looking brand new! 100/10 she’s awesome!! More

Kristin's customer service was phenomenal. Unfortunately I am not as pleased with the overall service I received from the Klaben body shop. Original estimate to repair hail damage was one to Unfortunately I am not as pleased with the overall service I received from the Klaben body shop. Original estimate to repair hail damage was one to two days. After additional paint damage caused while removing the dents the total time was almost two weeks and two visits to the body shop with the possibility of the need to make a third return to correct paint issues. It's a good thing we pay for rental car insurance for repairs or this would have cost us hundreds of dollars in rental car needs. More

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and it was a wonderful experience! The dealership was welcoming, everyone was attentive and kind, and my car was perfect! We would like to thank Kristen Bruner and the body shop staff for an awesome job for the repairs to our 2019 Jeep Compass. Unfortunately it was involved in an accident and had quite a bit of damage inside staff for an awesome job for the repairs to our 2019 Jeep Compass. Unfortunately it was involved in an accident and had quite a bit of damage inside and out. Kristen did a great job with keeping us updated on parts that were needed to complete the repairs due to an unexpected circumstances that were out of there control. The car looks amazing, just like the day we purchased it. We would highly recommend Klaben for all your body shop needs. More

Very happy with our purchase from Klaben. We had several major concerns regarding several issues we felt were improper in the build. The service department agreed with us. The windshield was replaced as was the molding over the rear hatch. Two more concerns will be taken care of by the service department after we return from Florida in late April or early May. More
