Came in to get a oil change on my F-150 and wanted to know my options are with my lease. They took the time to listen to my thoughts and ideas on what we can do to get me into another Ford product. After know my options are with my lease. They took the time to listen to my thoughts and ideas on what we can do to get me into another Ford product. After getting all information we sat down and looked at my options. The initial payment was more than I was comfortable with. They went to work and gave me options to meet the payment I was comfortable. Thanks for all you help. Mike in service has already set up my appointment for the new Explorer. And after all that is said and done my F-150 got it's oil change. Love my new Explorer. More

The people are great. What’s not so great is when you buy an expensive extended warranty and get told the part in question is not covered.
