Being the mother of a handicap son, it is sometimes very difficult to get appointments/services to work around my son's programs. BUT NOT AT KEN SHAW LEXUS! Sandra was completely understanding & accomodated difficult to get appointments/services to work around my son's programs. BUT NOT AT KEN SHAW LEXUS! Sandra was completely understanding & accomodated me! Yolano has also assisted me greatly in the past.
