I purchased a 2013 dodge ram 1500 from this dealership. They tried to aggressively upsell me a security package for $200 that I did not want. I declined and when I received my truck it already had it. When signing my new vehicle contract I noticed there was an extra cost for $270 which they could not explain. When I brought this to their attention they took it away, and after an hour of waiting for the finance manager removed it and brought a new contract with no explanation. Over all my salesperson was overly aggressive to the point of being rude. Although the deal I got in the end was decent I would not recommend this experience to anyone else. Our sales person even went so far as saying if you are not going to give me five out of five on your review don't bother filling one out. Over all not a pleasant experience. More
