The car itself was in great condition, only 2 years old. No problems there. But not a pleasant purchasing experience. I've had bad experiences at used car dealers before, and hoped a new car dealer would be No problems there. But not a pleasant purchasing experience. I've had bad experiences at used car dealers before, and hoped a new car dealer would be different. I was told during the test drive that there were no administrative fees. As per the Ontario Motor Vehicle Dealers act, advertised prices must be all-in pricing and clearly state any other required fees for inspections and taxes. Rocco was initially friendly, but as soon as money became involved that changed quickly. I liked the car, and made an offer - the listed price minus 2%, which is not too much to ask. Rocco came back with a very large number I wasn't happy with. We negotiated for a bit, and verbally agreed on a price. I hadn't signed anything, and while waiting for the paperwork, I realized that I had been negotiating on a falsely inflated number - Rocco had taken my initial offer, and added more then $2300 to it! A very dishonest way to do business. My mistake not to get out a calculator and verify his offered price, but why should I have to do that? When I saw the paperwork, there were a number of bogus fees, including a $1000 safety inspection, and a $300 Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) adding up to over $2000 in administrative fees. Aside from being illegal to have all these fees not listed in the advertisement, it is deceitful to state that a used car needs a PDI when that is strictly for new cars arriving from the factory. Two inspection fees for the same car? I refused to sign the paperwork, and when I called Rocco on the phony inspection fees some of them quickly disappeared. I stated the final price i was willing to pay including all fees, and Rocco agreed. Yet after the paperwork was redone some other fees had been added to increase the price above what we had just agreed on! After some more pointless arguing, I agreed to pay a $500 safety inspection fee as I hate arguing until i'm red in the face and had had enough at that point. Safety inspections are normally under $100, and this car was practically brand new. If the car I was interested in was more common (manual transmission) I would have walked out on the spot. I was not looking forward to going back to the dealer to pick up the car. Unsurprisingly, it was not a great experience either. I got hit with some more fees when I arrived - despite already having paid the full amount. Rocco wanted a $75 fee for the license plate sticker - something that obviously should have been included in the purchase of the car. The car wasn't ready when I arrived (no license plates on the car, had to be cleaned), I had to ask for the e-test documentation as it was missing and to add insult to injury, the car had no gas in it. Overall not a pleasant purchase experience at all. Trying to take advantage of customers is not a good way to do business. I will not be returning to this dealer. More

Great dealership!! We bought a 2013 Jeep Cherokee from Peel Chrysler. Rocco and Bond were both amazing to deal with, both very helpful . We got a great deal on our Jeep Cherokee. We were shopping around for quite some time but Rocco beat the price of all the other dealers! Everyone working there was friendly and courteous. The best customer service. It was a great experience overall and I would recommend them 100%. I love my Jeep! More

I was not happy with the results or service from them. I found Peel Chrysler on the internet , they stated they had best prices and service. I went there and talk to Rocco Speziali , who was very helpful. I told him what truck I wanted and what I wanted in it. He help me find that truck and get it for the price I want to pay. I am very happy with that ram truck and the service that was given to me. I will buy my next ram from Rocco and refer him to any one I talk to. More
