Great people to deal with! I still haven't decided on my purchase, but when I do, I'll definitely be going to Peel. The price I was quoted up front was better than any other price I was given from other dealers even after haggling with these other dealers back and forth. I live in Sudbury, but will gladly drive to Mississauga to deal with these great people and to get the best price without any hassle. I must say that Peel Chrysler is the best dealership that we have dealt with in our 25 years of buying or leasing a vehicle. We live a fair distance away from this dealership (100+kms) but did not encounter we have dealt with in our 25 years of buying or leasing a vehicle. We live a fair distance away from this dealership (100+kms) but did not encounter any problems with our transaction from the beginning. Being nervous of purchasing a vehicle over the phone both Bond and Rocco made our experience a non stressful one . This was our son's first vehicle and he is like a kid in a candy store with his new dodge ram. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends and will definitely be back when we are in need of a trade up!! Awesome work guys!! Thanks so much! More

Rocco was good at getting me to buy a truck. Rocco ignored my issues after I signed for truck. Horrible experience. My wife, Betty Baker and I purchased a new Fiat car on December 31 2013 and took delivery of it on March 21, 2014.After purchasing it in December I was very disappointed to find that I had been charged a December 31 2013 and took delivery of it on March 21, 2014.After purchasing it in December I was very disappointed to find that I had been charged a $699 administration fee. I talked to another dealer in January and found that t could have purchased the identical car in our vicinity for less money (the difference was close to the $699 administration fee that I was charged) I did not go back to Rocco about this as we had a signed deal which was final but I still had a bad taste about it. When we went to pick up the car we had an appointment for 2pm on March 21. We were short of time as my wife's sister has been in the ICU for the past 5 weeks and we visit her every day and as well my neighbours husband had died and we needed to go the funeral home on that night. . I went to Rocco at 2:35 and said we had to be out of here by 3pm but he would not offer anyone else to do the delivery. We waited until 2:45 to start to get delivery of the car. He rushed through the delivery and we left by 3:05 (not an experience to remember) More

Right from the moment I sent an email inquiry, Rocco was quick to reply and provide all the initial information i was looking for. Once we arrived at the dealership, event though it was very busy, Rocco loo quick to reply and provide all the initial information i was looking for. Sam provided excellent advise during our credit application and answered all our questions honestly and with a smile. The size of the building may be small but the people there make up for it with their great personality and friendly demeanour. It has been a long time since I've had such a positive experience at a car dealership. More

First off, NOBODY BEATS A DEAL FROM PEEL! I had the honour to work with the more then friendly Rocco Speziali. Not only did Rocco beat all the prices from dealers all around Ontario, he beat the price honour to work with the more then friendly Rocco Speziali. Not only did Rocco beat all the prices from dealers all around Ontario, he beat the price I have received from Ontario Chrysler by over $2500. Just when I thought he was done blowing my mind, he also managed to save me money on extras like wheel locks and tire guard. Although he was aggressive in trying to get me the best deal in the car dealer industry, he was very polite and accommodating. Upon arrival, I was greeted with smiles and hand shakes. Not at any time did Rocco make me feel pressured to make any decisions and was very knowledgeable and informative while comparing vehicles. I will definitely come to Rocco for my second vehicle purchase. I strongly recommend Rocco and Peel Chrysler to anyone looking for great service and competitive, unbeatable prices! More

On Nov 30, a Saturday afternoon, we appeared very late in the afternoon at the Peel dealership without any appointment. Without hesitation Rocco assisted us in filling all the paperwork out to order a new v the afternoon at the Peel dealership without any appointment. Without hesitation Rocco assisted us in filling all the paperwork out to order a new vehicle, a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, 2014 model. It was near closing and I thought we would have to come back on Monday to finish with the financing but to our amazement Bond agreed to stay and finish it for us. Both these men were instrumental in helping us through the process. (We didn't even test drive the 2014 model or take any test drive at all) You see Jeep says it all for us -- and the enthusiasm of both of these gentlemen-- well it told us we were in good hands!
