Upon receiving my new vehicle Terri went over it with me in detail from end to end. This might not sound like a big thing. However when it is professionaly done by someone with extensive product knowledge it nicely completes a hassle free buying experience. Zero pressure along with a great deal!! This is new vehicle number seven for my family and over the years my buying experiences have varied. I've learned that the high pressure "sign today" This is new vehicle number seven for my family and over the years my buying experiences have varied. I've learned that the high pressure "sign today" deals are never beneficial to the consumer. The low pressure approach at Leduc Chrysler gives the consumer confidence in his purchase. Drive away, crunch numbers, discuss with the family and make an informed decision. You know you're getting a good deal because your allowed to compare deals. A dealer that lets you walk away is a confident dealer. They know you'll be back because the deal is real and competitive with the market. Trade in value was the best I found, again a dealer that understands business and that both parties need to benefit. The "other guys" are more than happy to give you the lowest trade price (very beneficial to them) and tie a ton of negative equity into your new purchase (not good for the consumer). A fair approach and the best dollar for both parties. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. From familiarizing you with your vehicle to service and part staff introductions. If in the future vehicle number eight is required, Leduc Chrysler will be the first stop! Thanks to all the great staff!! More

Our brief phone conversation was very favourable and we knew from that moment that we would have a very positive experience. When we arrived the truck we were interested in was out front and ready for us and the staff greeted us and made us feel welcome. Within 10 minutes of arriving we were able to go for a test drive and soon after returning we were given the value of our trade in and a price for the new truck that was very reasonable. This is a dealership that values honesty and integrity and offers low pressure sales with no hidden costs. This is the benchmark that all dealerships should be striving to achieve. More
