Our brief phone conversation was very favourable and we knew from that moment that we would have a very positive experience. When we arrived the truck we were interested in was out front and ready for us and the staff greeted us and made us feel welcome. Within 10 minutes of arriving we were able to go for a test drive and soon after returning we were given the value of our trade in and a price for the new truck that was very reasonable. This is a dealership that values honesty and integrity and offers low pressure sales with no hidden costs. This is the benchmark that all dealerships should be striving to achieve. More

A jewel in the car industry! Most people including myself cringe at the thought of buying a newer car and going through the three ring circus that it entails. That is until I was refer to Leduc Chrysler and Richard Rivard in 2007 when he introduce me to the concept of buy back option.Cars with low kms. can be available for thousands less than ordering a new vehicle. This experience was the reason I return in 2016 and through Richard's efforts, I obtain the car I had in my bucket list. It didn't stop there, service continued from David Jacobs to Terri McCauley ( who delivered my car and spent time showing me how everything worked) Management at Leduc Chrysler have created an atmosphere of caring and friendly not usually found at car dealerships.
