Great Buying Experience. I am 2.5 hours away from the dealership and right from the first time I talked to Richard everything went smooth. Leduc Chrysler had a truck that I was looking for and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. I called and stopped at 3 closer dealers and told them about this truck in Leduc and all they wanted to do is order me a new factory order. I had my last 3500 Mega Cab for 11 years and had almost 1/2 a million km on it...it was a very good truck and was sad to see it go. Richard and I came to an agreement on the purchase price and accessories, I thought I would just sign the finance papers and drive my truck home when it was ready...boy was I mistaken. Upon arrival to pick up my new ride David, the finance manager, was ready with all the paper work to be to be signed. He then made arrangements to drive me up town to get the truck registered and when that was finished a very nice lady by the name of Christina took me out went through all the bells and whistles on the truck with me. Christina set up my phone with for hands free operation swapped out the plates and I was then ready to hit the road. Before I left she brought me in and gave me a tour of the parts and service departments...boy I sure felt comfortable now knowing who to see and where to go if I need anything. Richard and all his staff have a real good team there. Thank You for the great buying experience. More

Love my Jeep! I absolutely love my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk! I've known that I've wanted it for a few years and finally got it last week! I dealt mainly with Ric I absolutely love my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk! I've known that I've wanted it for a few years and finally got it last week! I dealt mainly with Richard with some help from Shawn and David and Angela in finance. Richard knew exactly what kind of Jeep I wanted just by talking to me for a little bit, and he brought out the most beautiful one I had pictured in my head! It was a match made in heaven! Shawn did a wonderful, thorough job going through all the details and goodies that the Jeep has in it. David and Angela were very comfortable to deal with and made it all quite smooth for me in the finance department. I am not worried or nervous about going back for my oil changes, etc. I would definitely recommend Leduc Chrysler to anyone! More
