Straight forward approach I was searching for a new truck and emailed the 3 main dealers in Leduc. I let them know that I was looking for a new truck that would keep my paymen I was searching for a new truck and emailed the 3 main dealers in Leduc. I let them know that I was looking for a new truck that would keep my payments at the same amount they were currently at. Cory contacted me right away and set up an appointment. The other dealerships said they had something for me and would get back to me. Never heard back from the one and the other said they had a great deal, however, the payments were almost $75 a month higher than I was already paying. Never heard from them after I said I couldn't do that. I met with Cory McMullen and he was straight forward and honest. He understood I had a budget and found the best truck for me. He didn't beat around the bush and I felt like I was a customer who mattered and was one that he would take care of. The truck I ended up purchasing came in at a price below what I was currently paying and it was brand new and an upgrade. One of the managers, Dean put in a spray boxliner for me at no charge because that was something I wanted in my new truck. Natalia in finance was amazing. She took me through all the different options and helped me come up with one that worked for me. Finally, Christina was super helpful on the day of pick up and went through everything I needed to know about the vehicle. What impressed me the most was how the staff was straightforward and honest. Wife especially happy with all the new optional features on the 2017. But like the first purchase, the price discussion took mere minutes. No games, no nonsense! Our sales person Corey is already in alignment with the dollar difference before the annoyance of running everything 'by the boss". There is a respect from all employee's at Leduc Chrysler for the customer's time and money. The sales team always go above and beyond to make the vehicle exactly what we want. I have purchased approx 9 brand new trucks and 5 used vehicles from Richard and his team. I have never had one complaint and i am always satisfied. My latest purchase has me so happy and the only thing missing (tv for the kids) is now upgraded to two rear dvd/ gaming stations.
