AWESOME DEALERSHIP I had felt that I was treated with honesty and respect when I walked into the dealership of Ontario Chrysler. My salesman Makaryous Mickey Hena and hi I had felt that I was treated with honesty and respect when I walked into the dealership of Ontario Chrysler. My salesman Makaryous Mickey Hena and his sales manager Robih Hamed made me feel very comfortable with my purchase of 2015 Ram 1500 Big Horn Ecodiesel. They were very pleasant to talk with and also worked out a great deal for me that I didn't have to second guess my decision in making my purchase. I guess that it also made a difference because I was at a lot of other dealerships but never felt as comfortable as I did when I walked into Ontario Chrysler and meet with Makaryous Mickey Hena and his sales manager Robih Hamed. I also had a great experience dealing with the finance manager Tinu Katyal who also made me feel very comfortable, he didn't try to sell me anything that he didn't feel that I would need he only advised me of what he thought was important for me to have and let me make the final decision. I will definitely deal with these individuals again on my next purchase. Thanks guys for the great experience. More

TO BIG TO CARE THE SALESMAN SEEMED MORE INTERESTED IN HIS CELL PHONE THEN US. WHILE WE WERE THERE WAITING OTHER SALESMAN WERE ARGUING WITH THE SALES MANAGER. THERE WAS A NICE SITTING AREA BUT NO COFFEE OR WATER FOR WAITING CUSTOMERS. THEY GAVE US A BARGAIN PRICE AS THEY CALLED IT ON A INSTALLED HITCH FROM HITCH CITY (1km AWAY). I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS AT COST WITHOUT MARK UP. I WENT TO HITCH CITY MYSELF TO INQUIRE. IT WAS ACTUALLY $350 LESS. TIMES MAY BE TO GOOD NOW FOR THIS DEALERSHIP......... More

Well Worth the Drive to Mississauga! My wife and I recently purchased from Ontario Chrysler. She had been looking and shopping around for a new car for quite sometime. It had been 13 ye My wife and I recently purchased from Ontario Chrysler. She had been looking and shopping around for a new car for quite sometime. It had been 13 years almost since her last new vehicle purchase. We had been test driving and dealing with many different makes of cars and dealerships over many months in our home city which is 4 hours north of Toronto. Once she had made up her mind on what vehicle she wanted, she set to work contacting many dealerships locally as well as in Southern Ontario. Upon contacting Ontario Chrysler by email she received a reply within minutes. (not online chatting) from their Sales Manager Rabih. Once he had an idea of what we were looking for, (vehicle, options, price and financing) he went to work quickly and a few back and forth phone calls later, my wife had a bottom-line offer for a vehicle - considerably much lower than any dealer locally that we were dealing with. I was very skeptical with the price and what we'd be getting given we had comparatively shopped around for a similar vehicle and most came back well above - doing this all by email and phone, and way more vehicle for the less money than we would have spent at our local dealership. I warned my wife there would be heck to pay if for whatever reason we made the trip only to find out we were bam-boozled and the vehicle was something else other than what we had spec'd out over email and phone. We made the trip to Mississauga Saturday morning and this is one finely tuned dealership. As soon as we drove into the dealership, I knew exactly which vehicle we were getting as it was sitting there ready for us - and exactly as we had discussed for the exact price we had agreed to. I thought to myself, there's no way we're driving off the lot with this vehicle for that price - I was pleasantly wrong! No pressure to look at other vehicles or consider other options. Financing was done within minutes on the spot with Usman who was very quick and efficient. Ali - a very nice young man, showed us around the vehicle explaining the different options and features - very knowledgeable in the product. He also accompanied us for a short drive and put some gas in the vehicle for us. These gentlemen treated us so well. They even tossed in a gas card for making the trip to Toronto. I'd have no reservations of buying from this dealership again. I'm not surprised this dealership is as successful as it is - having guys working for you that hustle and have a sense of urgency and are able to get answers quickly and really do give you their up front bottom line price as well as their undivided attention, speaks volumes to their credibility. Well done Ontario Chrysler - it was worth the drive to Mississauga. More
