Brett has always gone over and above to give great customer service. For example when my son was interested in purchasing his first vehicle he went to numerous dealerships. Many of them wouldn’t give him the time or day. They wouldn’t let him test drive vehicles, he was told that the trucks were too expensive or to come back with his parents. I just recently bought a Ram 1500 and a couple months later a Grand Cherokee Brett’s customer service and knowledge makes buying a car stress free. He doesn’t rush you or pressure you and he makes sure you are 100% satisfied. I have walked into other dealerships and the atmosphere is just not the same as it is at Fraser Dodge. Keep up the great work. I will definitely send my referrals to Fraser Dodge and Brett. Thanks again More

But I was so pleasantly surprised with the professionalism, knowledge and care all the staff showed from the moment we walked in through the doors, all the way to the day I picked up my new car! In one word, my experience was AMAZING!!! Now let me tell you about Colleen, there are too many wonderful words I could use to describe her, but this review would be way too long!! She was patient when listening to what my needs were, and very respectful when discussing my budget for a new car. Not once did I feel pressured to buy one vehicle over an other, nor was there any pressure to sign right away (we all have experience that pushy type of service in the past at other dealerships, but not this one!!). She has a positive, sweet and honest nature which made me feel comfortable dealing with her......then there was Nicole, she was hilarious but very professional at the same time...she throughly explained our financing options and allowed us to make decisions without trying to sell any product to push a ‘sale’. Im looking forward to driving my new Cherokee and definitely recommend that anyone looking for a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep to just walk in through Fraser Chrysler’s doors, because you will not be disappointed!
