Our sales representative, Nelson Tang, was able to work us a great deal on a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with all the bells and whistles and gave us good value for our trade-in. We truly had a great experience, having our dinner at their in-house cafe/cafeteria, as we waited for our vehicle to be readied to come home with us. All the staff was very friendly. We had never been to a dealership like it, having purchased many personal and business vehicles over the past 40 some years, traveling from Hamilton to make our deal. Nelson Tang was our salesperson, and he was very professional throughout the entire process. The interior of the car was very messy/dirty when we first saw it. The dealer apparently posted the car for sale on the internet of the Friday and we looked at it on the following Monday. Nelson apologized for the condition of the car. In the end, this helped with our negotiation and we got a great price on the car. The dealership spend alot of time and effort on detailing and cleaning up the car afterwards. On pick-up the condition/cleanliness of the car was much improved. Our experience with Team Chrysler was excellent, and we would be repeat customers in the future if we ever needed a Chrysler product or another used car. More

After a test drive he then found the exact match and arranged to have it delivered later in the day from their offsite compound. After inspection of that exact vehicle the sales deal was done that evening fairly and without hassle. On delivery everything was in perfect order and Nelson meticulously went over the essential operations of the new truck and offered future assistance should any problems or questions arise. Regan Lord's 2017 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi I found the Salesman Nelson Tang and the Sales Manager Karl Braunstein to be very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive to my unique needs. I purchased my 2017 Ram 1500 from their dealership although I live 1480 kms away in Thunder Bay. With the great deal of distance between us geographically, there were challenges and both Nelson and Karl were very helpful to me. The price that Team Chrysler extended to me for the factory order truck could not be met by the Thunder Bay dealership. I had originally ordered a 2017 EcoDiesel on Jan 31st 2016, only to learn later that the truck would not be manufactured because of the issue between the EPA and FCA. The dealership was honest with me while Chrysler Canada was not. I was very displeased with Chrysler Canada as they were not forthcoming with any information regarding the manufacture of the truck I ordered. I might add that even though I made two complaints to Chrysler regarding their mismanagement of the news and failure to inform their customers of developments, or lack thereof, I still have not received a response from Chrysler Canada. People who ordered vehicles in good faith and provided a down payment deserve better treatment. In light of this, if it were not for Nelson and Karl, I would have bought another GM or Ford. More

I was very excited having the opportunity to own a truck that I consider to be not on practical for my career, but engineering that exceeds any vehicle thus far!!!! There was no pressure at any time. Being so new and in demand, there was not a whole lot of discount on the vehicle itself, but we were able to negotiate a satisfactory discount on the Gold Extended Warranty, Weathertech floor mats and front window tints. The salesman who helped me find the car I wanted and was always showing utmost respect. He was always patient with us despite my family and I asking loads of questions. He was patient with us when we had test-driven 5 of his cars and answered all of our questions regarding them. The receptionists' were very pleasant by greeting us with a smile and helping us find a salesman. The staff were always checking in on us to make sure we were doing okay. the environment was clean and well-kept, though a little narrow and squishy. Thanks to Nelson, we finally bought a car after searching for one for about 4 months. He gave us a price that even sellers and dealers on Kijiji or AutoTrader couldn't beat! He made the transition incredibly smooth and simple. All in all, even if you checked out the dealership and didn't like any of their cars, you will find the excellent customer service to be pleasurable, and more than adequate. More
