I wanted to get a Dodge Caravan and decided to pay a visit to Team Chrysler at 777 Bancroft. I was referred to Nelson Tang and I couldn't have had a better experience purchasing a vehicle. Nelson was very informative and took his time going through all of my options, both new and used. He was not pushy, simply understood my needs and provided various options on the different vehicles he had to offer. I ended up purchasing a very slightly used, 2016 Dodge Caravan and my family and I couldn't have been happier. The price point was well within our range and I didn't expect to leave with a van that had all the bells and whistles. The transaction was seamless and I was driving away with my Dodge Caravan the following afternoon. Even though the transaction was complete, Nelson advised me to book off at least 45 minutes to an hour so he can go through all the functions of the vehicle and answer any questions I had. The time was well worth it and again, Nelson was not rushing me and took great care and time to explain the functionality of the vehicle. The transaction was already complete and Nelson had no reason to book extra time to review the operation of the vehicle. Based on my experience with Nelson, this is his most likely his standard level of service which he displayed in high quality during the transaction. I expect this vehicle to last me a long time but the next time I require a vehicle, I'm calling Nelson. Thanks again Nelson. The vehicle is great and the service you provided went above and beyond my expectations! More
