Amazing customer service I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid back in May 2017 but the delivery was quite delayed. Nelson Tang was very responsive to my enquiries about the I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid back in May 2017 but the delivery was quite delayed. Nelson Tang was very responsive to my enquiries about the delay although FCA Canada was not revealing any information about the delay to me or the dealership. After 4 months and no word from FCA, I was ready to walk away from the purchase but Nelson was very reassuring and went to great lengths to make sure that we were happy with our experience. In the end, I only had to wait a few more weeks until the vehicle arrived and it has been an amazing product so far (I've driven the minivan over 3000 km and have not needed to fuel up once!) I'm a bit disappointed in FCA since they should have done something to at least communicate that there was a delay with their customers. So I commend Nelson and Team Chrysler even more for ensuring that the deal went through. More

They just get the deal done! A few days ago I walked into the front desk of this dealership to see about trading my car in and purchasing a brand new Jeep. Nelson Tang just happen A few days ago I walked into the front desk of this dealership to see about trading my car in and purchasing a brand new Jeep. Nelson Tang just happened to be at the counter when I walked in and he helped me immediately. He was willing to do what ever it took to make sure I walked out of there with what I wanted. I honestly didn't know when I walked in if we could make it happen yet an hour later we were signing the papers together and the deal was done. He listened to what I wanted and got me the deal I needed. 48 hours later I was back to pick up my beautiful new Wrangler and Nelson was there to explain every square inch of that thing before he handed the keys over. He even walked me down and introduced me to the service staff. I feel like I got top notch service from Nelson and the Chrysler team. I would highly recommend them for your next purchase!
