I was hesitant, but after driving the compact SUV, Wow! Robert knew exactly what I needed with a 4x4 and he knew I would like it. The confidence and knowledge was impeccable. I've been servicing at Leduc Chrysler for close to ten years but this was my first vehicle purchase t I purchased my new Jeep Cherokee over the phone. I've been servicing at Leduc Chrysler for close to ten years but this was my first vehicle purchase there. When I got to the dealer, all the paperwork was ready for signatures, and the Jeep was parked inside the service drive thru warm and ready to go for my delivery. Terry covered the basics of the new Cherokee without overwhelming me with all the new things my 2006 never had. Over the years I have referred many of my friends and family to the service department as they continue to go above and beyond. Now I see the sales and finance teams are the same. Easily the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had. Thank you to Richard and his team, I’m really excited with my new altitude. More
