I purchased my first truck from Mark Maguire at Erinwood Ford. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time to answer all of my questions. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase or rus Ford. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time to answer all of my questions. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase or rushed with any decision. He was very honest and helped my pick out the options that I would truly need on my truck, and did his best to dissuade me from some of the more gimmicky options that I originally thought I needed. In fact, for some of the mechanical questions that Mark couldn't answer he brought me to talk with the Dan Zabukovec (Shop Foreman), who's knowledge about F 150's is unmatched. I spoke at length with Dan about engine options, brakes, wheels and maintenance. Mark scheduled a test drive for my family (Wife and 3 kids) to see how the truck would work for our life/family. Mark was transparent when I placed my order and talked me though some possible delays due to the supply chain issues. However, I'm happy to say that I got my truck faster than anticipated plus my truck was built with features that were not expected at the time of order (heated steering wheel, etc.). I couldn't be happier with my experience. I trust Mark and Dan implicitly. In the future if I need a new truck Mark will be my first call and all of my maintenance on my current truck will be done by Dan without question. Finally, on delivery I spent some time with Mark's son Michael. He's a chip off the old block. If you deal with either Mark or Michael you wont be disappointed. Thank you Mark, Dan, and Michael, you made my first truck-buying experience a joy. I am extremely happy. I LOVE MY NEW V8! More
