While it was tough to find a PHEV anywhere, Erinwood Ford truly went above and beyond. It was a team effort with the help of Raj, Adam and Joe not only helping me find the car I was looking for (and getting truly went above and beyond. He's not just anyone who wants to sell you a car; he takes the time to know you as a person, naturally friendly and can bond with anyone over anything. Mike wants to make sure you're happy; before, during and after the sale. There's no need to oversell a feature you won't use, because Mike will know if you can actually expect to make the most of it being intimately familiar with what to expect from the vehicle you want to buy. I traveled further than I needed to from my home when I was looking to buy a car, but without hesitation I would gladly come back to this team when I'm next in the market. More
