Challenges were had but this dealership stood by their word and made things happen as they said they would. Sure things took longer than I would think they should take however in the end they have a satis word and made things happen as they said they would. Not sure who told us more lies the dealership or Michael. Sold us a 2021 duramax back in October, no DEF in it, no fresh oil change or filter changes. Michael Friesan seemed very honest at the beginning. We almost made a deal on a used truck but I asked for a break down of the financing end price, either he couldn't or wouldn't give me a proper answer We almost made a deal on a used truck but I asked for a break down of the financing end price, either he couldn't or wouldn't give me a proper answer, just saying "sure that's how it works" on the phone. I sent him a $500 deposit which he said was refundable. After I went to other resources for more information on the financing, I decided its not a good deal and I backed out of the deal luckily didn't sign anything yet! I asked Michael to honor his word and send me the deposit back. He said he wouldn't cause he already worked on the truck getting it ready for me. Wouldn't he have to do that for the next guy regardless ? It should of been ready already. The deposit was to hold. Pretty disappointed and now he just chooses not to respond. He said I have to send 500 to hold the truck otherwise it'll be off the lot the next day. If they sell trucks that fast, sending back 500 dollar deposit shouldn't be an issue. Ridiculous. Don't work with this guy. More
