Hello there, we apologize for what you experienced at our store. Unfortunately, the 2011 Ranger you had looked at financing is not supported by major banks due to the vehicle year along with other factors we informed you about. Our team had presented you with alternate options that would be supported by the lenders (vehicle that are newer and thus more expensive even with discounts). As well, when you inquired on the truck, there were many clients at the store inquiring as well. However, the vehicle was not sold before the process started.
