Family experience Me and my family finally were able to purchase a new vehicle (our first new) , we been saving for a long time and after visiting many dealers we ended Me and my family finally were able to purchase a new vehicle (our first new) , we been saving for a long time and after visiting many dealers we ended up at Charlesglen where we meet Jonathan our Product Advisor who gave us the VIP treatment helps us search the vehicle that fitted our budget, and meet our needs since we have a little boy, he took the time to show us several vehicles before we decided that the RAV4 was our meant to be car. Guide us on what we needed until the right match was made, that's very valuable for us. Then we meet Kyle, it was like talking to a friend , usually finance people are serious straitgh to the business and numbers here and there. Kyle was the opposite took the time to explain step by step, Even understood that when you shop for a vehicle with your baby sometimes just signing a paper turns into a difficult task, and last but not least Mark, his charisma suppersided all expectations , this getleman is in the right business , took the time to explained every single detail on our new car, with a parience that no one shows this days, answered all our questions even the silly ones , and helped us get on the road driving confidents about our new vehicle. We thank every single person we meet at Charlesglen, from Hala who helped us with our son when he was getting upset to the rest of the Charlesglen Family. The sales person was a Lady called Hala, I think thats how you spell her name. she was really helpful without all the pushiness you normally get when you walk into a car showroom. she let us take our time and did not call every day to see if we had made up our mind and that if we did not buy there we would not get a better deal anywhere else. It was just a really good experience. Once we took the plunge and bought the car, we met Wesley Simpson in finance, again what a fantastic and seamless transaction. Wess sorted everything out very professionally, he made sure that we were very comfortable with what we were doing and went through everything very clearly. When Delivery was ready, we met Mark, another really good guy who knew his stuff. He spent an hour explaining to my wife all about the car and not to hesitate to call if she had any problems or needed him to explain things again. we have bought many new vehicles in numerous countries and I can honestly say that this was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences we have had from start to finish. this may sound like I work for Toyota, (I don't of course) but I would really recommend Charlesglhen Toyota as your first choice before you look anywhere else when thinking of buying a new car. Great Experience! I'm glad I decided to buy my first brand new vehicle at Charlesglen Toyota! Having driven my previous vehicle, a 2002 Toyota Camry, for 6 years, I kne I'm glad I decided to buy my first brand new vehicle at Charlesglen Toyota! Having driven my previous vehicle, a 2002 Toyota Camry, for 6 years, I knew it was time for a new car. I made an appointment with Mike, and it was the best decision I could have made! He was extremely friendly, and was willing to answer every question I threw at him. Not to mention, he came into work on his day off to meet with me! When I made the decision to buy the RAV a few hours later, he made himself available to sit down with me and walk me through the purchasing process. I ended up meeting many people during this process! One of the people I met was Phil, one of the finance managers, who walked me through everything I needed to bring when I picked up my car. On the day of pickup, Mark was there to explain all the amazing features on my new RAV4. The transition was easy and painless, thanks to the fantastic staff at Charlesglen! I will definitely head back there (in 10+ years) when I need to buy my next vehicle. More

He set us up for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the Rav4 Hybrid we were testing. I had done a fair bit of research so I knew what to expect from the vehicle, Sean did a great job of simply letting the vehicle speak for itself by displaying what it could do. When it came time to move ahead he was very clear in explaining all the options and what the prices would be for them. It made it very easy to decide which extras and warranties to accept or decline and he did not pressure us in the least in order to increase the sales. We really appreciated the candid manner in which he conducts himself. When we picked the Rav4 up, Mark Peters spent about an hour with us going through the operational features of the vehicle. Taking the time to set up our bluetooth connected phones during a very detailed tutorial was very much appreciated. Wes Simpson and Phil Dao split duties in setting up the finance. They took care of everything including insurance and registration and procuring a new plate for us. All we had to do was show up and sign when once we had agreed to the pricing/payments. More
