I am absolutely ecstatic about my new vehicle. I had a great experience start to finish they made me feel comfortable and it was super easy figuring out what kind of vehicle suited me. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and kind especially Lorne Shire, Brad Brock, Mark Peters (delivery) and Will Cheng in finance. I first dealt with Lorne, he was the first person I saw when I walked in the door. He was friendly, professional and could answer all my questions. This was the first vehicle that I have ever bought so I was kind of nervous walking in there not knowing anything. Lorne first showed me the different types of Rav4 with all different packages. Once I figure out which one we took it for a test drive. After we sat down to figure out what my monthly costs were going to be on which package/vehicle etc. I was very concerned about spending a certain amount of money per month between my car payment and my insurance. Both Lorne and Brad were able to get me within the range that I was comfortable with. From there I went and saw Will in finance he again made me feel comfortable, explain everything to me that I needed to know and provided me with the information to make a decision in that area. Finally the next day I was able to pick up my vehicle. I was shocked that they were able to have it ready for me within less than 24 hours I thought it was going to be a lot longer. Mark was then the next person that I met, he brought me downstairs to show me my vehicle all ready to go, give me the keys, take a picture etc. We went through absolutely everything on my vehicle inside and out. He show me how to use everything, set up my phone etc. These guys really know their stuff! I am very very pleased with the experience I had, thanks again to everybody that helped me out :) More

I hadn't purchased a vehicle for 12 years and could hardly I thoroughly enjoyed the enthusiam that the employees at Charlesglen Toyota shared with me. I hadn't purchased a vehicle for 12 years and could hardly stop admiring my newly acquired Rav4. I cannot remember ever having such an enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle through a dealership where the customer definitely comes first, and I am looking forward to the orientation to further familiarize myself with my beautiful new SUV. Justin Ngo was friendly, helpful and truly determined to help me find the vehicle that best suited me. Kerri Hope was extremely knowledgable, efficient and personable regarding the financing and my options. Mark Peters was very essential in introducing my new vehicle to me making the transition a smooth one. At one point, Tim Beach, General Manager, approached me to make sure that I was being attended properly. The Financial Services Manager, Tyler Doherty was very helpful. Mark Peters walked us through the different features of the vehicle before he handed us the keys. Overall, it was a very rewarding experience. A GREAT team. More

Fantastic Customer Service! Compares to Disney World! We recently moved from the UK to SW Calgary and we did extensive online browsing before our visit. Due to the excellent layout of Charlesglen's website, we had to visit the dealership located in NW during our first week in Calgary. I met Harris Kok. He is an excellent sales guy and a wonderful person. He is so knowledgeable when it comes to cars that my wife and I decided that we had to buy all our cars from this guy. He was very warm to us and he helped us make a good choice. The staff are friendly at Charlesglen Toyota. My kids loved the kids area furnished with kid's movies, toys and playstation. They loved to visit the dealership where they can spend hours with no complaint. A miracle! They have a small restaurant/shop for customers within the building. This is an excellent place to visit. Kerri Hope did very well to find us a good finance despite the constraints bc of our work permit. She got us a good car finance and she went through all the extras with us. She also registered the car and got our number plate for us all for nothing. This took a whole lot of stress off our shoulders as we were barely few days in town. Mark Peters rounded up the experience by going through every bit of the car with us. He fixed the number plate, certified the car proof for us, fixed our remote starter and also gave us a full tank before delivery. He also took out time to show us where we can get a portable A/C as the weather was very hot. Fantastic Service! I would always recommend the 3 year comprehensive Toyota warranty for $1.7k, it comes with road-side assist and so many other extras. It is very clear to me and my wife that the staff at Charlesglen Toyota are very happy with their work and their work place, this is very admirable! The only place we experienced a similar customer service experience was in Walt Disney in Florida. Charlesglen Toyota is must-visit dealership! I will definitely buy my next car here. More
