Cory McMullen, Derrick, Angela and Christina changed our opinion and sour taste that we had in our search for the "right deal"! Easiest vehicle purchase ever I purchased my new Jeep Cherokee over the phone. I've been servicing at Leduc Chrysler for close to ten years but this was my first vehicle purchase t I purchased my new Jeep Cherokee over the phone. I've been servicing at Leduc Chrysler for close to ten years but this was my first vehicle purchase there. When I got to the dealer, all the paperwork was ready for signatures, and the Jeep was parked inside the service drive thru warm and ready to go for my delivery. Terry covered the basics of the new Cherokee without overwhelming me with all the new things my 2006 never had. Over the years I have referred many of my friends and family to the service department as they continue to go above and beyond. Now I see the sales and finance teams are the same. Easily the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had. Thank you to Richard and his team, I’m really excited with my new altitude. More

Hard to find service like this anymore. The Service Manager was very knowledgeable, experience and straight to the point. No xx means he's being honest. Still the best policy in my books. They even help a guy few years back who never bought there but his lock broke to the truck of his car, which was full of Xmas presents and apparently this was the only dealership that got him in. Truck Service I had my truck in for regular service and they ended finding a recall on my truck and got that fixed, as well. Service was great, price was awesome an I had my truck in for regular service and they ended finding a recall on my truck and got that fixed, as well. Service was great, price was awesome and my truck was fixed quickly. I would definitely recommend Leduc Chrysler. The shuttle service is very convenient, too. Dropped me off and picked me up to pick up my truck when it was ready. More

Worst experience at any dealership Was Dennied warranty on a engine and given a false diagnosis. When I proved them wrong they were unwilling to take any ownership of the problem.
