Wonderful experience with Lito on his presentation to us with the vehicle we were eyeing for. Not only his knowledge about that car was reliable but he went on suggesting some accessories that we would basi with the vehicle we were eyeing for. Not only his knowledge about that car was reliable but he went on suggesting some accessories that we would basically need a lot in the long run. And he was right. In the end we were happy and satisfied with our purchase of Toyota Sienna. Jeanneth , on the other hand, showed true sincerity when I brought in the car and inquired about some maintenance procedure while waiting in queue for the regular oil change. She was also pleasant to speak with as she explains the procedure like a true pro. We have since brought in our vehicle for service and it is so nice to be able to go online and book your appointment. I was also having some trouble with the latch on the remote for the trunk and we were able to come up with a workable solution in the meantime.
