He then gave us a great deal on both the new auto and our trade in when we picked up our new car he made sure we understood how it worked and programmed the radio and our phone. Great service I love great service and when you arrive you are immediately looked after or if busy they always acknowledge your presence. Also I have had to drop by lately without an appointment regarding a tire and I was very quickly looked after although I was ready to wait. Great service team Excellent service. Thank you More

Rainy date It was raining cats and dogs when I arrived back to get my car. The shuttle driver drove right inside the service bays and then retrieved my car and It was raining cats and dogs when I arrived back to get my car. The shuttle driver drove right inside the service bays and then retrieved my car and drove it into the bay as well so I didn't get a drop of water on me! Small things mean a lot :) More

Customer Service I received excellent service from Kareem Fayad on my recent visit to the service center to have the signal lights looked after. He explained the prob I received excellent service from Kareem Fayad on my recent visit to the service center to have the signal lights looked after. He explained the problem to me and recommended the air filters be replaced. He was very honest with me and is a excellent asset to the service center and the dealership as well. Well done Kareem. You can be proud of yourself. More

Above and Beyond Have been a loyal customer for over a decade. All Service staff have been very kind, caring, helpful, courteous, and willing to go that extra step. Kareem and Jeff in particular have gone to bat, and helped extensively with warranty matters and good advice. Techs have been good, and have given good Rest of staff have been helpful with other problems, rescheduling, following up on ordered parts & recalls. Front counter staff have been helpful, too. Shuttle drivers have been professional, and willing to work out proper scheduling, including making sure I can make meetings after dropping off car, or responding to reschedule requests for pick up. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make the Service experience great! More

My vehicle left with more wrong with it then when I came in You get a different price for absolutely everything based on who you speak with. Some will waive the diagnostic fee if the work is done while others won't. I received 3 different quotes for the exact same work. I was thrilled with the service I received at Burlington Hyundai and assumed I would receive the same quality of service when I moved to London. Since I have started bringing my vehicles (both Hyundai) to finch it seems I drive away with more wrong with my car than when I brought it there. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable but the way business is conducted is auto opus. More

Our sales rep, Sean Fitzpatrick endured numerous visits from my family as we searched for the right vehicle at our price. On every visit, Sean was not only courtesy and cheerful, but exhibited a level of professionalism that rarely seen among sales pros. I have dealt with Sean on two different transactions. One was my own and the other was for a family member. There are two traits that stood out. First, his personal demeanor instantly puts one at ease which eliminates the dread associated with purchasing a vehicle. Secondly, Sean exhibits customer loyalty. After my purchase, I noticed my vehicle was not right. After contacting Sean, he immediately set up an appointment for service and ensured me that Finch Hyundai will go the distance to make the vehicle right. What I did not expect was Sean's offer to use his personal vehicle so I could run an errand. Truly outstanding! My second review is for my service adviser, Kareem Fayad. This gentleman kept me in the loop on what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way. When I didn't hear my name being paged, Kareem tracked me down so I didn't have to needlessly wait any longer. Lastly, Kareem suggested we do a test drive together to ensure that my vehicle's issue was addressed fully. I did not expect this level of service from a shop that was extremely busy. Very impressive. More
