Not even one star. I would give zero star rating. Would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. Bought new Jeep. Gave me damaged three top piece. Broken back w I would give zero star rating. Reported right away, have been 2 months got no resolution. No response. Been in loop with sales, service, FCA, DCA. Worst customer service ever. Today Service advisor said we cant do anything request is denied, before he said will have to bring to bodyshop to fix. I paid for brand new not repairs or fixing in bodyshop. Will take further action to get the rights for brand new purchase. More

I might not have dealt with more Jeep dealerships but I can safely say that this team is a great one. I started dealing with this team in 2016 and I haven't looked away. From the front desk right to sales, and service, this team makes anyone comfortable. Shane Marion works hard to ensure your satisfaction in the service department. He is very respectful and always ready to listen and help with any concerns. Shane and his team have worked on my cars since my first brand new purchase in 2016. With his personal touch and expertise, my jeep receives excellent service and attention. I was warmly invited into Yousaf Jamshed's office yesterday to complete the finance step of securing my jeep. He was very professional and definitely knows his business. He went through all I needed to do timely, courteously and very welcoming.
