Buyer Beware The options listed on the website were not even close to accurate. The warranty information I was provided via telephone was wrong. There was damage t The options listed on the website were not even close to accurate. The warranty information I was provided via telephone was wrong. There was damage to the vehicle that was not noted anywhere in the documentation nor was it mentioned verbally prior to signing the paperwork. Due to the weather this damage was not noticed by ourselves until after the deal was done. I was offered a $100 credit certificate on the website (which I printed and presented to the credit manager) which was not honoured at the dealership. Drove for 2 1/2 hours to get to the dealership under the assumption that the options listed on their website advertising was accurate and I don't believe that the information regarding the body damage was forthcoming via email, telephone or personal contact we had with the people at the dealership. All of this left a bad taste in my mouth as far as honesty and honour goes and I would make sure you read the finest of the fine print before committing to any purchase. More

Due to the fact that so many diffe After my black Jeep was hit and written off as a total loss I was so worried that I hate my next vehicle. Due to the fact that so many different people from Capital helped with one individual vehicle sale, this experience was a complete and total success. It is extremely tough to find an SUV with 4x4 and absolutely NO leather. Even more difficult is the fact that it has to be a Jeep. But these lovely folks did it because it was important to me. Thank you for going to such lengths to find my perfect vehicle (especially when I'm so picky!) and getting me a lower interest rate to boot. I definitely tell my friends and family that they need to come see you guys whenever they are in the market for new (or used) wheels. People would be silly to shop[ anywhere else. I truly appreciate all of your efforts! Thanks again. P.S. The dogs love the new Jeep! ^_^ More

Service was very friendly, Everett wasn't too pushy but convincing enough to help us make the decision to buy our vehicle. Jona was quite knowledgeable about the finance aspect and helped us make the right financial decisions that best suited our needs. My only complaint is that when I got my vehicle home we noticed a power steering leak within 12 hours of getting home and had to book our "new" vehicle in for warranty service within the first 2 days of owning my vehicle.
