I have been looking for a newer vehicle for a while and a lot of the dealerships don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door or the entire time you are inside looking around. At Capital GMC, I was g lot of the dealerships don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door or the entire time you are inside looking around. At Capital GMC, I was greeted right away and treated with the upmost respect. I was not treated any differently or talked down to because I was a female. Everyone was willing to help me, were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. It was like walking into visit family & not a car dealership. I also like that the sales people are willing to work together to help each other make a sale. Now that the sale is done I don't feel I will be treated any differently and I feel that I can call and ask questions without being belittled like I was at the last dealership I used. The people at Capital GMC are willing to help you no matter what and in a very respectful way. More

Every time I've walked in to this dealership I felt welcomed and at ease. Smiling faces and helpful staff that are not pushy was common. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly and those who I dealt with in person were courteous and willing to help me find my perfect "match" in a car. Roberta was quite friendly and ready to answer any questions I had; the tour she gave me was both informative and easy-to-follow. Jason was quite welcoming when I arrived and patient during my decision-making process (which I am quite thankful for, given the careful consideration I felt I needed in choosing the right vehicle). He was also quite helpful during this process, given that leasing my Nissan Versa also meant obtaining my very first car. Jona was also quite welcoming and quite willing to help me find and make use of all the discounts that were available to me. All in all, I felt welcomed and respected, and did not in any way feel rushed in deciding or pressured into paying more than I felt comfortable with. Amazing!! My sister had dealt with Shaun in the past so when I was looking for a new car I thought I should call up the guy she had raved about for months after purchasing her car. I'm so glad I did! I had already decided what I wanted and was ready to go to Ford and order the car I had decided on....something made me call Shaun and tell him what I was planning to do. We talked for a while about what I wanted and why I had decided to go new from Ford. He talked about the buy backs that he had on the lot and he dug in and did some comparing for me. Not only was Shaun able to give me exactly what I wanted, he saved me a ton of money!! Shaun was patient with me - he didn't shake his head like the other sales guys I had dealt with while making my original decision and he kept reassuring me that getting what I wanted was most important. I was really impressed when I went in and found he had everything organized and ready to go thru with me. In the end I did get what I wanted and I'm crazy happy with my car. Thank you Shaun! Jona was efficient and great to deal with as well. Very easy to deal with. More

Don was great not too pushy like a lot of dealers seem to be, he was friendly the whole time with me, and was a great sales man.
