Poor Taylor and Jonah! I was sure I was making them CRAZY! I was adamant that I wanted the Santa Fe and I wouldn't look at anything else. Taylor slogged through the snow and weather finding me just the right model in December. Jonah worked getting me approved for my first 'dealership purchase'. Well, I drove home the Santa Fe and I was happy..or so I thought. I didn't take the gas consumption rating into consideration when I purchased the Santa Fe and I realized that I didn't let them know how much I actually drive in a day (over 100km/day). I was back mid-February complaining about the gas mileage and how I just couldn't afford to keep running the vehicle. Taylor was SO nice - he treated me like a very cherished client. He found the most beautiful Malibu - two years newer - less miles - better gas mileage - smart looking car and Jonah worked so hard to make the payments the same with even a better interest rate!!!. I took the Malibu for a 24-hour test and was hooked! I didn't even LOOK at another vehicle because when I described what I needed they matched me perfectly! I'm so happy with Taylor's service standards and positivity - I went in feeling so foolish and came out feeling totally accomplished and smart! Thank you, Taylor and Jonah! I can't imagine going anywhere else for my vehicle needs! More

These guys are seriously awesome. You know I hate standing around waiting for someone to help me - or help me find someone. These people go out of their way to make sure you get helped - why? Because you are there to buy a flipping car not stand around with your thumb up your iphone while the salesmen chat and the receptionists do their nails. I did not see one employee doing their nails on the job. And I bought THREE cars here - well a car, a truck and a commercial vehicle. Come to think of it they owe me a hat, mug and fancy t-shirt I was promised - but I'm sure will be delivered shortly because I think I totaled the F150 (thank Pratt's Wholesale 5 ton delivery truck) and I'm sure they will not risk me not getting my hat (any will do) travel mug (the expensive one) and t-shirt (xl long sleeve). I am going to go out of my way and PREDICT THE FUTURE that my stuff has shown up in less than a week because that is what these guys do BEST they make promises and they keep them (and no I am not being sarcastic - this is a true story). They promise fair prices with great service and they are real people who EVERYONE IN THE CITY can trust to do business with. I am so confident that these guys will correct this oversite that I will forever let the internet know that if I can trust them with my vehicles, hats and shirts then you can trust them with your business. Guaranteed Aiman will show you good vehicles at really decent prices and he will not dick you around. He will tell you everything he knows about the car you are looking at and if he does not know all the facts he will figure it out. If not let me know I have Bruce Axelson's direct phone number and I will call him for you and let him know personally that one of his guys is not performing 150% better than any other employee at any other dealership in Regina and you can bet Bruce will not tolerate that sort of behavior! Financing? I have never seen a company with so much money to give away (OAC) to those of us with straight 450 scores (lol jk i scored like almost 500). It BLOWS MY MIND that these people trust me enough to let me show up at noon on a Saturday and drive away 4 hours later (with a full f*ibng tank of gas btw thanks nice touch boys!) with just a few dozen brown Bordens and my Alex Rose on the dotted line. Jona Mcloud? Whomever taught this guy finance should get a special award. Not giving away trade secrets here but this guy can do his job as good as anyone else in the business. Matt Fischer - this guy does not stop smiling. I could not tell if he was smiling because I got such a great deal or because they were making so much money off me but either way the smile on this guy makes you feel like you got the best deal from the greatest guys in the city. You ever met a Barabonoff? The name literally means "Keepers of the wolves of the gifted fields" in Czechoslovakian. These people are the real reason I shop at Capital - they shopped local at my store - and they are good, honest people who pay their bills and I love to return the favor!
