We just had our cars in to have snow tires removed…my car, daughters car and husband’s car. Todd Servant takes the time to ensure our vehicles are properly maintained and safe for the road. I've had many interactions with Savannah over the past seven or so months. I have been a ToyotaTown customer for 21 years and my past experience with service advisors at ToyotaTown has been very disapp seven or so months. I have been a ToyotaTown customer for 21 years and my past experience with service advisors at ToyotaTown has been very disappointing. 🤨 If I wasn't leasing a new vehicle every three to four years, I would have changed dealerships long ago. Savannah changed all that. What a refreshing change to have someone that actually listens and cares. She is not only knowledgeable, she is patient and trustworthy. Having service/repairs on your vehicle can be exhausting but she makes it easy. If there is something she doesn't know, she will make a point to find out. Not just ignore you, hope you give up, or pass you off to someone else. She gets back to you in a timely manner. She provides pricing, describes in detail what is wrong and let's me know if the service or repair is crucial or if it can wait until the next service. She understands my reason for questioning and where I'm going with my thoughts even when I can't articulate it properly. (Google isn't always helpful 😂🫣) Now that I have stopped leasing new vehicles and purchased this last one, I hope to deal with Savannah for many years to come. Keep up the good work and thank you for everything thus far! 👍 More
