This is the first time I have purchased a used car from Lexus of London. Jillian was very nice and professional. Compared to previous purchases we were a bit disappointed that the car hadn’t been cleaned c Lexus of London. Jillian was very nice and professional. Compared to previous purchases we were a bit disappointed that the car hadn’t been cleaned carefully or recently, or detailed. The shifter area was dusty and the exterior wasn’t washed. I paid extra for paint coating and rust protection. But the car wasn’t 100% clean when we picked it up. I was surprised the other employees working there didn’t greet me when they saw me or walked by, They only greeted their own customers. That doesn’t happen in Japan where I’m from. Adam was very helpful and naturally friendly with great expertise! When I first looked at the car I pointed out stone chip damage to the windshield that the sales representative and technicians hadn’t noticed. The sales representative was surprised to see the crack, and had a technician fill in the crack later. So the attention to detail, with the crack in the windshield and lack of cleaning, was not up to Lexus’ standards. More

She walked me through the specific benefits of the ES 350H and then the NX 350h with clarity, ensuring I understood exactly the benefits of each vehicle. She took me out for a comprehensive test drive that wasn't just a quiet "loop around the block." She encouraged me to truly feel the car’s handling and explained the tech features in real-time, making me feel confident before I made my decision. Jillian was also very professional. Although I did not purchase from Lexus, I was very impressed with the dealership and staff. My dealings with Jillian Cook were exceptional. I recently purchased a vehicle from Jillian, and I couldn’t be happier with the process. From the start, she was incredibly patient, professional, and never made me feel pressured. Shortly after taking the car home, I noticed a small scratch in the paint. While it was a bit disappointing at first, Jillian and the team at Lexus of London handled it perfectly. They took the car back immediately, kept me updated throughout the repair, and the final outcome is flawless—the car looks brand new again. It’s easy to give a good review when everything goes perfectly, but you really see the quality of a salesperson and dealership by how they handle small issues. I highly recommend asking for Jillian if you want someone who truly stands by their customers even after the sale is final. More
