This is the first time I have purchased a used car from Lexus of London. Jillian was very nice and professional. I paid extra for paint coating and rust protection. But the car wasn’t 100% clean when we picked it up. I was surprised the other employees working there didn’t greet me when they saw me or walked by, They only greeted their own customers. That doesn’t happen in Japan where I’m from. Adam was very helpful and naturally friendly with great expertise! When I first looked at the car I pointed out stone chip damage to the windshield that the sales representative and technicians hadn’t noticed. The sales representative was surprised to see the crack, and had a technician fill in the crack later. So the attention to detail, with the crack in the windshield and lack of cleaning, was not up to Lexus’ standards. More

It’s easy to give a good review when everything goes perfectly, but you really see the quality of a salesperson and dealership by how they handle small issues.
