Found someone who was still available to listen to the situation and find a solution to address asap. From there you continued to support and ensure that not only did have all of the details that I needed to leave my vehicle; you also ensured I had way home as my ride had left when I picked up the vehicle and the shuttles were over for the day. When I asked about bus routes, you realized we lived in the same area and you graciously offered me a ride to my front door.
