Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. I initially went to North London Toyota and had an awful, subpar experience with sales when I viewed their RAV 4. Thankfully here at Toyotatown, I was helped by Gwen Jones who was very professional, extremel subpar experience with sales when I viewed their RAV 4. Thankfully here at Toyotatown, I was helped by Gwen Jones who was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough when explaining the vehicle features. It was also very pleasant dealing with Rita from Finance. Both ladies were amazing and had a great, positive attitude. Most importantly, I appreciated that all the costs of the vehicle were presented in a clear manner, which was sorely lacking in my experiences with other dealerships. I highly recommend Gwen if you are looking to purchase a car! More

Gwen and Rita were both friendly, informative, helpful, and respectful of my time. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Although when I need to move a little faster during my vehi and respectful of my time. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Although when I need to move a little faster during my vehicle pick up, they were totally accommodating, but made sure I was given all the necessary paperwork and information. Gwen took me out to my new vehicle and helped me input my phone and went over all the buttons. I loved that! I would deal with both of them again. The dealership had sanitzer at the front door and I was greeted promptly on my visits there. This is my first experience at this dealership and I would definitely go back and recommend it to other. I love my 2017 Rav4! More
