Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. I needed to buy a car urgently, as my car was unfortunately stolen! I was lucky enough to have Gwen Jones as a salesperson, actually she is a genuine advisor more than a salesperson! I even ask o unfortunately stolen! I was lucky enough to have Gwen Jones as a salesperson, actually she is a genuine advisor more than a salesperson! I even ask one of my friends if I should pull the trigger as I was very hesitant to buy a used car but I had to, and he said “ if Gwen said it’s a good car then you should trust her and just buy it!” I highly appreciate her support throughout this experience! I will be for sure I new car buyer through her in the near future! More

First new vehicle purchase, and couldn't have been easier! Gwen was very informative, and handled all of my questions and purchase details through email ahead of time which really sped things up once easier! Gwen was very informative, and handled all of my questions and purchase details through email ahead of time which really sped things up once I entered the dealership. There was no pressure for any add on accessories, or services which was much appreciated. I had reached out to multiple dealerships, and the honest answers and information given by Gwen made our decision on who to deal with that much easier. Would deal with ToyotaTown again! More

This isn't my first rodeo but it's certainly my last. This wasn't my ordinary dealership experience. From the very beginning Gwenn made sure the entire experience was about us getting exactly what we wan This wasn't my ordinary dealership experience. From the very beginning Gwenn made sure the entire experience was about us getting exactly what we wanted and within our budget. The numbers were always clearly presented to us in a way that was easy to understand and compare with other numbers. No longer will we regard this as a rodeo like experience but from now on we actually look forward to it. As someone with anxiety issues I feel the team did everything possible to make sure I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed at all. Will be happy to recommend to our friends and family. More
