My experience with Mark and the dealership as a whole, has always been about the after sale service. Everybody has the right balance of fun and professionalism, so I never leave the dealership without feeling that I have a had a good experience.

On many occasions I needed to come by and receive instruction on all the options my Ford Titanium has in it's commuter. I'm not a computer wiz and Martin takes me under his wing each and every time and explains the function, shows me how to access it and what it's used for. No matter how many times I show up and each time it is without an appointment) Martin goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome as he shows me what I forgot. He is fun, does his job with a smile and makes me feel there is not wrong time or bad time to go and see him..
I also have no idea how to set up my phone in the car and Martin has done this for me twice. Once with my original cell and recently for my new cell phone. Again, without an appointment he stopped what he was doing to assist me. I needed a run through again with other functions and he did it with a smile and said "no problem. Lets get it done." , I know one thing for sure if Martin gets transferred or goes to another dealership,. I Go With Him Without Question.

Today my wife and I visited Erinwood Ford for our third vehicle purchase in the last three years. What I a about to write is written by the collective behaviour of the entire staff at Erinwood Ford namely Victor Nascimento, Brad Cruickshank, Rajvir Sumra, Adam Pellegrin, Service Manager Frank Dainty and Dealer Principle Dave Raymond. Their truth and transparency really speaks volumes and you can feel this warm and positive vibration this the moment you want in the door. I consider these people to be my friends. They make car buying simple and easy and fun ~ the way it should be ~ in an easy environment where there is no pressure; only a welcome mat and a focus on finding the right vehicle for you. I am a 35 year businessman who works strictly by referral. My code is that my actions have to say to people that I am referable. I can say then with an extremely high level of scrutiny that these people, and Erinwood Ford, are highly and fully referable.

We recently purchased a new Ford Escape from Erinwood Ford and we must say it was a very pleasant experience, right from the time Frank Dainty introduced us to Doug Keen till we picked up the car. Doug was a true professional, never pushy; he explained the car features in great detail while we took the Escape for a test ride. Frank introduced us to the owner and gave us a tour of the new service facility. We would highly recommend Erinwood to anyone looking for a new Ford.

Dear Erinwwod Customer, I would just like to let you know I had the best Car experience ever, at Erinwood Ford In Mississauga, thanks in part to sales advisor Victor Chacon and the team at Erinwood Ford.
In 2013 I searched everywhere for the best deal on a 2013 Ford Mustang and I finally found it at Erinwood Ford, thanks to their sales person Victor Chacon, who was very knowledgeable on the car and professional as well. He treated me with respect, patience and kindness, traits you don't usually see in Auto sales people these days, who just want to make quick sale and never get in touch with you again, after your purchase.
My Story- After undergoing a severe health risk- battle with cancer in 2011, my wife encouraged me to start looking for my dream car, a 2013 Ford Mustang. I searched everywhere, at dealers all over the GTA, even neighbours that actually worked at Ford dealerships and were aware of personal circumstance-eventually I finally found Erinwood Ford and got the best deal with Victor Charcon, one of their Top Sales advisors.
3 Years later, I still love my Mustang, and it has won awards at local Ford Mustang shows, but now I'm in the market for a 2016, and guess where I'm going and who I'm seeing -

As for the service department, I don't think I have ever seen a more professional and efficient department. They have always got me in on time addressed any concerns I had and resolved them quickly, and had me on my way. Thanks to Shawn Moon and his team.
Needless to say, I will be going back for my purchase on a New 2016 Ford Mustang GT with a performance package and I know I will get the best deal thanks to Victor Chacon and Exceptional Sales and Service at Erinwood Ford in Mississauga.
