Very excellent service I have been looking for a vehicle for awhile. I looked at vehicles at 4 other dealers and was not to happy with the service or had very pushy sales ag I have been looking for a vehicle for awhile. The service I received at capital gmc was excellent and my sales person was very friendly and informative, so was his associate Brad and the finance person that dealt with me was great. 100% Top notch service The 5 stars I gave wasn't "just because". This is now our sixth new/used vehicle purchase process (1st with this dealership) and it all started with The 5 stars I gave wasn't "just because". This is now our sixth new/used vehicle purchase process (1st with this dealership) and it all started with a kind gentlemen waving us over to an open parking spot upon our arrival. He then stood there to greet us, shake our hands and then ask what brings us there today. Turns out he was the sales manager...not sitting in an office BUT actually walking out and about in the parking lot and making himself visible. Then we made it inside and were greeted by our sales person, Dillan Kuntz......exceptional young man. If I was hiring for my business, I would of head hunted this fellow. Never pressured, knowledge was second to none and if he didn't know he didn't make an excuse or statement....he just kept honest and found the answers. This young man came across so respectful and sincere as one could. Matt, our finance guy was very professional, friendly and did his absolute best yo get us driving away in the vehicle we wanted and at the payments we wanted. All in all it was just under two hours from entering the parking lot to signing the papers for our new vehicle purchase. They even had time to introduce us to the service lady and she walked us through the process of maintenance and how their multi bay system operated (which is the cleanest I have ever seen a workshop/service writer building). The kicker......Dillan even took our lunch receipt and paid for our meal. To some that may not be much but to my wife and I, it was the topping on the cake. Our next vehicle purchase will definitely be at Capital GM Regina again. Cheers Ernie More

Very good overall experience Dealing with the sales manager to ensure the pricing was as competitive as possible was very positive. Further to this when I went to pick up my new v Dealing with the sales manager to ensure the pricing was as competitive as possible was very positive. Further to this when I went to pick up my new vehicle my sales person was very helpful, informative and made sure I fully understood the options of the vehicle and that if I needed anything at all he would quarterback anything I needed including booking in for future maintenance work. I've purchased a number of new vehicles and this was one of the best sales people I have dealt with. More

Quite honest I was really pleased to have Dillan as a salesperson. Dillan is up front and friendly and offered to let me take the 2014 Jeep overnight. Quite honestly, being able to take a used vehicle home to inspect and try out really sealed the deal for me on this Jeep!! Both Dillan and Paul worked to make a reasonable deal on my terms (simply price plus GST, no hidden fees, no bull) and they didn't waste my time, so I appreciated that very much. My only issue was with Jona and some incorrect paperwork. In hindsight I apparently should have reviewed the invoice closer as my wife had to stop in and sign and away we went with the Jeep... only to get home and later discover that Jona had included some ridiculous dealership fees (over 900.00) that were not discussed with me during the purchase and financing. Long story short, I had to go back and have the paperwork redone on Monday. A simple mistake apparently. It was fine in the end once it was all rectified, but spending Sunday feeling like I was ripped off initially soured the experience for me. In any event, a week has passed and I'm quite pleased with the Jeep. Thanks! More

My experience was the best I have had in 20 years will recommend Dillan to all my business partners Dillan is a fabulous salesman and look forward to dealing with him many more times in the future More
