We had bought a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer less than a month ago (October 16, 2020) with major mechanical and appearance issues. The shifter error, there was recall from 2018 that wasn’t resolved, a crack in passenger front window, the back up camera is completely fogged out and the power steering is loose in the bumper hitting the radiator for the ac. We were told we got a great deal so we would have to fix the passenger window and back up camera ourselves. The other issues the service department reset the codes and I had to take it into a Jeep dealer to get the recall resolved. Upon further inspection found the radiator leak. If a thorough inspection was done on the vehicle all these issues should have been resolved before it was sold. Very shady and dishonest dealership. We will ensure none of our family or friends purchase vehicles from here. More
