I got sucked into financing to get what seems like a better deal. So, I did this, but Dileep Manson, the finance manager, was not forthright about all the extra costs, including the $4300+ for warrantie better deal. My intention was to get the “sale price” and then pay the balance within a month. It cost me $100 to cancel the warranties. He told me I shouldn’t pay it off early because it makes their bank angry. Why would I care if your bank is mad at you? That makes two of us now. The car is now paid in full, and I promise, we will never meet again, and I will spread the word. More

I just purchases a new Cadillac XT4 and had the best experience I have ever had at any dealership in my life! The shop itself is beautiful, clean, and modern but the best thing was the staff that work t experience I have ever had at any dealership in my life! It was a really hot day, like 33 degrees, and the manager, who obviously cared about the comfort of their staff and customers, purchased ice cream for everyone - how cool is that! The best part of my purchase was the incredible price I got and how friendly and transparent the Finance Manager was with me. I got an incredible rate and they didn't push me to purchase all those "extra's" that I didn't need. I actually went in with the notion to purchase a different vehicle and my charming son and best salesman ever, Corey, listened to what I was looking for and introduced me to the XT4 and I immediately fell in love with it. Wow - what a great ride and it comes with so many safety features I never knew existed! He took the time to come with me to experience driving it around the city and then spent oodles of time making sure that I was comfortable operating all the features it had. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to head to Don Wheaton and have a great experience like I just did! More

I decided to purchase the truck but had two items of concern that I wanted the dealership to look at, this was written into the bill of sale and taken care of, no hassle. If you are trading a vehicle at this dealership be very very careful as they offer you a value for your vehicle, then add less GST. In other words they are offering you 5% lower than what they are telling you. This tactic is misleading and best, but I my eyes it is being dishonest, essentially stealing that 5% from you. So make sure you are very careful reviewing the numbers. I wasn't careful enough and it has cost me over a thousand dollars and I am only one customer. As of this writing I emailed the salesman, finance manager and the new car sales manager. Only the new car sales manager replied by email to tell me to call him today. I left a voice mail message with the receptionist and have not heard back from him. Be very careful if you decide to deal with Don Wheaton Chevrolet More

We had bought a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer less than a month ago (October 16, 2020) with major mechanical and appearance issues. The shifter error, there was recall from 2018 that wasn’ dealer less than a month ago (October 16, 2020) with major mechanical and appearance issues. The shifter error, there was recall from 2018 that wasn’t resolved, a crack in passenger front window, the back up camera is completely fogged out and the power steering is loose in the bumper hitting the radiator for the ac. We were told we got a great deal so we would have to fix the passenger window and back up camera ourselves. The other issues the service department reset the codes and I had to take it into a Jeep dealer to get the recall resolved. Upon further inspection found the radiator leak. If a thorough inspection was done on the vehicle all these issues should have been resolved before it was sold. Very shady and dishonest dealership. We will ensure none of our family or friends purchase vehicles from here. More
