I later found out on day of pick up, that not only was it supposed to be Wadih's day off, but the V.P Dave Pozzobon also checks all closed deals and ensures all the "i"s are dotted and "t"'s are crossed. President and CEO Bourk Boyd I've also seen on a couple occasions open the door for all their customers. Talk about a true Customer Experience - this team at least tries to do their best in a hectic environment. More
