Great Dealership I have been dealing with Ontario Chrysler for 20 years. Friends, family and I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. Very friendly a I have been dealing with Ontario Chrysler for 20 years. Friends, family and I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. Very friendly and helpful. They always try their best to get what you want and make you happy making for a good buying experience. Gord Pich is my go to guy. He is knowledgeable, helpful and a funny guy. If there was an issue that Gord couldn't help with, Dave Pozzobon would rectify any problem I may have. We have purchased at least a dozen new vehicles through Ontario Chrysler and nobody has told me they had a bad experience. Jorge, in the parts department, knows everything about any vehicle. He is great to deal with. I enjoy going to Ontario Chrysler to look at the new vehicles or just chat with everyone there. I highly recommend Ontario Chrysler for purchasing a vehicle. More

Fantastic staff. We have been purchasing vehicles from Ontario Chrysler for many years, and for good reason. This is the 9th vehicle purchased by our family and onc We have been purchasing vehicles from Ontario Chrysler for many years, and for good reason. This is the 9th vehicle purchased by our family and once again The team at Ontario Chrysler were fantastic to deal with. They simplified the process, and provided the lowest price possible. The entire sales team did a great job and took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of purchase and vehicle features. Knowing that we live over an hour away, the team closed the deal in the shortest amount of time and had the vehicle ready for pick up the following business day. I wouldn't buy a Chrysler product from anyone else. Big thank you to Dave, John & Robert! Louis, Chris & Lexi Condotta More

Bonus! Met Ed Shor at the dealership when I was in for an oil change for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee and was walking around the showroom to kill some time. We sta Met Ed Shor at the dealership when I was in for an oil change for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee and was walking around the showroom to kill some time. We started talking and the next thing I know, I got myself a new Jeep Cherokee with the same options as my old one for a smaller payment! Thank you so much! I wasn't looking to purchase, but it just made sense to get something newer for less money. More

I felt humiliated by the employees especially Dave Pozzobon Never before have I felt mocked or discriminated against in my life, Not until yesterday as I walked out of the dealership. I shed a few tears in the Never before have I felt mocked or discriminated against in my life, Not until yesterday as I walked out of the dealership. I shed a few tears in the car, especially as I reflected on the bashing words used especially by Dave Pozzobon. He used words like " Are you an aboriginal, show me your Aboriginal card", " I can understand you, at least your English isn't broken". Nothing good came out of his mouth, as he sat there speaking to me in such a cocky and sarcastic tone. I couldn't believe a manager would speak that way to his customer.By the way, I am new in Canada (migrated from Finland in 2015 with my family) This is my story........... I went to the dealership to buy a car as I had problems with my old Ford Freestar 2006. I was introduced to Richard who will then sell me a brand new Grand Caravan 2017 for $20,000 ( $139,00 bi-weekly). Richard who was apparently just looking to sell the car never informed me that the $20,000 that I would pay for the car, doesn't include taxes, freight, and warranty, I didn't ask him the sub total because it was my first time ever buying a new car, I didn't know what to expect i.e. sub total, freight, taxes, All I thought is that the price included everything i.e . interest, thus, I thought i will only pay $20,000 as i initially told Richard. Anyway, Richard took me to the business development manager, Robert Bush to finalize the deal without letting me know the total amount. After Robert found me a financial institution (Scotiabank) to loan me the "$20,000", at that point what was left was to sign the papers. While I was in Robert's office, I kept emphasizing on the fact that I could only pay $20,000 ($139 bi-weekly), however, Roberto got me a deal for ($156 bi-weekly) and told me the price ($20,000) didn't change. Again, Robert like Richard also didn't let me know that I was going to pay more than $20,000 for the Grand Caravan after interest, taxes, insurance, freight. Apparently, this is where I felt Chrysler employees acted Unethically. As both Richard and Robert never walked me through the paper work ( the amount that I would eventually pay after applying taxes, freight, and interest fees). Robert Bush just told me to sign here and there without drawing my attention to the total amount. I got to know two days after buying the car that I will pay the total sum of $32,000 for the Grand Caravan. How did I know? I logged into my Scotiabank account to pay a bill, I noticed I have a borrowed amount of $28,000, I was very shocked to see this so I called the bank immediately. The bank told me that I will pay $32,000 interest included and asked if I wasn't aware of the amount. I told them I honestly thought I was going to pay $20,000 as opposed to $32,000 no one told me that, furthermore the bank asked me to contact the dealership and asked why didn't they let me know the total amount. Anyway, the following day I went to the dealership to complain about the fact that no one told me the "total amount". That was when I was introduced to the Dave Pozzobon who was so disrespectful and mocked me indirectly as I explained what transpired between me and Richard. He was using words like " am I an Aboriginal, show me your Aboriginal card" " " I can understand you, at least your English isn't broken" " welcome to Canada, that is how we do this here". he literally made me feel like I was nothing as he kept giving me this disdainful look. I couldn't take his sarcasm anymore so i had to get up and leave in the most shameful manner ( he didn't even extend his hand for a handshake). I have never felt so discriminated against in my life before, not until the 20th of July 2017. I hope someday Dave will experience the same feelings he put me through. More

First time Truck buyer Wadih made my somewhat nerve racking decision to move into a Truck easy to swallow. He was polite, not too pushy, understanding, and sympathetic to Wadih made my somewhat nerve racking decision to move into a Truck easy to swallow. He was polite, not too pushy, understanding, and sympathetic to MY needs and took the time to understand what I wanted. Extremely friendly and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of my friends and family to him. I later found out on day of pick up, that not only was it supposed to be Wadih's day off, but the V.P Dave Pozzobon also checks all closed deals and ensures all the "i"s are dotted and "t"'s are crossed. President and CEO Bourk Boyd I've also seen on a couple occasions open the door for all their customers. Talk about a true Customer Experience - this team at least tries to do their best in a hectic environment. More
