"Technician was terrible "

Technician working on my truck was terrible. Greasy hand prints on my hood and grill. Tires were rotated and reinstalled BUT... Tire pressure wasn’t checked and slow leak in one tire wasn’t fixed as was stated on the work order. Rear dually wheels were installed out of sync so I could not check or add air to inside tires. Took the truck back to gave this fixed and am still waiting after 5 hours for the work to be completed. Langley Chrysler’s lost my business

"damaged my car refused to fix"

My vehicle was damaged while there for service. The damage inspection means nothing because you sign a fine print waiver when you drop it off for service agreeing they cannot be held responsible and they hold firm to that. It's a very busy lot so I suggest if you need service go somewhere else and maybe the risk of damage can be mitigated a bit. The service manager Darren is very rude very cocky and completely willing to look you in the face and tell you "too bad" without flinching. Worst experience at a Chrysler/Dodge dealership in western canada hands down. I even met with the fixed operations manager for the group who said I am on my own for the repairs to my vehicle but they will cover costs for a rental that they should have been covering anyway due to their poor communication but thats another story. Long story short I was without my truck for 5 days when i really needed it, still not fixed (parts are on order), and it's damaged really badly. Read the fine print people! you are going to pay for anything that happens while they have it. Very shady business practise but hey some big wigs gotta make his 6 figure salary each year regardless of how smashed your bumper is

We visited Langley Chrysler January 4/2016 to look at a slightly used 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 ,we had no intention on buying at this time. Mani Arora met us and asked if we needed any help. I told him that I found this 2015 Ram Sport on line and asked if we could see it, he said he would find this truck and to have a seat he asked us if we would like a coffee and hot chocolate which we accepted. He brought the truck to the show room and invited us to take it for a drive also said that if we wanted he would get a trade in value for our old truck so we could decide if this was right for us. After our test drive he introduced us to Samir Thakur who negotiated a price for us again very professional and no pressure we agreed on a price trade and bought the new truck. Samir took care of all our needs making sure that we got all our belongings out of our old truck and directed us to finance and insurance women who also took care of our finance and ICBC. Samir also made sure we left the lot safely with a smile and goodbye.

"Breaks things, rude staff"

First and formost the sales team is 100% great, but as soon as it goes to the service department it becomes a nightmare. - NO communication between staff - I received 5 calls from 5 different people wondering why my 2015 Jeep was there. All this for my soft top being unscrewed and put in the back seat... While my jeep was there they looked at my stereo as it was turning off and off randomly. They found nothing, but when I got my jeep back I noticed the service guy dug a screw driver into my dash, also bend the plastic surrounding my stereo...... I spoke to them about 10 times and again over 4 people because they did not want to fix something that they broke (my car has 1000 KMS on it) In the end it has been replaced BUT I had to forcefully push them to & get my sales person involved & service management. I would not take my car back to them ever again!!!!!! Buyer beware great sales, but don't take it here for service!!!!!!!
