The Best Service Person in Ottawa is Dan O'Neil If you've been driving for as long as I have (40 years) you can appreciate a Service Advisor who is honest, hardworkinking and most of all doesn't xxx If you've been driving for as long as I have (40 years) you can appreciate a Service Advisor who is honest, hardworkinking and most of all doesn't xxxxxxxx you about your service. Dan O'Neil is that Service Advisor. He is someone you can trust to give you the straight goods from the moment you drive into the Service Department until the the time you leave. All with a friendly smile. He is someone who goes out of his way to make your Service experience a most enjoyable one. I won't bring my Jeep anywhere else but Southbank. Awesome service The service staff at Southbank are always amazing. Always pleasant and helpful and explain what needs to be done and why if needed. Fast and efficien The service staff at Southbank are always amazing. Always pleasant and helpful and explain what needs to be done and why if needed. Fast and efficient service. Never have to wait days for an appointment and they can squeeze you in when you really need things done. I travel a lot and as luck would have it, something always seems to need fixing a couple days before I have to leave again (Minor things like a headlight out) They always get me through and on my way without delays. Thanks guys!! More

Excellent service I am a NICU nurse at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario and I came off a night shift Friday January 6 morning to find that my Grand Cherokee w I am a NICU nurse at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario and I came off a night shift Friday January 6 morning to find that my Grand Cherokee would not start!! My friends and I were all exhausted after a busy, short-staffed shift so I left it in the parking lot as we were working again that night. One of my friends brought jumper cables and we tried to boost it the following morning with no success. I left it in the parking lot again and went home to sleep for a few hours. I called Southbank when I got up and spoke with Stan Noble who arranged for towing to the dealership. Andy's towing provided excellent service too and also tried unsuccessfully to boost the car. Everyone I encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful from Jeff Cain who waited for the car to arrive before closing up, I arrived around 4:30 and the garage closes at 4 on Saturday, to Dan O'Neil who arranged for the shuttle to pick me up, brought the car to the front and cleared snow off my windshield. My husband was out of town so this was the first time I have had to deal with car issues and Southbank made it a great experience!! Thank you also to Chantal, the shuttle driver. More

Stan in sales was so helpful, going out of his way to see that we got everything we wanted in a new van. He was very pleasant and friendly and never made us feel rushed. Bill made sure all things were covered as well. Rami in finance answered all our questions, going over anything we weren't sure of. All those in sales are to be commended for their excellent work. And Madeline and Dan and all the others in service are wonderful people, making a trip to Southbank Dodge a good experience. True professionalism in every detail. I truly appreciate Stan going out of his way and meeting with me on his day off. Buying a new car has never been a happy time for me with the bad dealings i have had with other companies in the past but i feel well taken care of throughout the whole process at southbank dodge chrysler jeep. finance manager is remarkable and appreciate how he spoke to me and if something was unrealistic, he told me and did not give me any false hopes. Unfortunately I needed to see the service department already and i have only had the car since dec 22nd. That set aside I now know that the service department is just as capable and knowledgeable. what a great team great way to start 2016. More
