Outstanding Professional Customer Service I want to say thank you to Dan O’neil and Rejean Laplante for their outstanding professional customer service. I took my Dodge Grand Caravan van in f I want to say thank you to Dan O’neil and Rejean Laplante for their outstanding professional customer service. I took my Dodge Grand Caravan van in for a break job and caliper issues, in August. The issues with the breaks and caliper were quickly identified by Rejean Laplante, who provided very clear and detailed explanations. Above and beyond I was stranded with 2 children when my fob wouldn't open the doors to my van. Even though I didn't get my van from them, they cut me a key, drove it t I was stranded with 2 children when my fob wouldn't open the doors to my van. Even though I didn't get my van from them, they cut me a key, drove it to me and let me come back and pay for it. Fast, friendly and extremely helpful. Dan called after to make sure all was well. Another excellent service! I brought my car in to have my breaks/rotors replaced. Prior to going in I had made a few phone calls to service and spoke with Guy who answered all I brought my car in to have my breaks/rotors replaced. Prior to going in I had made a few phone calls to service and spoke with Guy who answered all my questions and did everything he could to get me the best parts at a decent price. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time by Alistair, who happily took a few minutes to show me what he was up to with the breaks. Everyone in the service department is so nice! They brought me into garage where they showed me what they were doing and why and explained everything. They all have great smiles (real smiles) and treat you like a person and not a number or a paycheck. I could go on and on but, it's enough to say that they all go the distance to take care of their customers. More

Felt like family I had great customer service from Daniel O'Neil, Madeleine O'Neil and Chantal the shuttle driver. I received a stone on my windshield on my way to w I had great customer service from Daniel O'Neil, Madeleine O'Neil and Chantal the shuttle driver. I received a stone on my windshield on my way to work that morning and thought I should get it fix before the freezing rain storm started that same day. They took me in and fixed two other issues on top of that. My ride to work and back with Chantal was the best shuttle service I had ever encountered. It felt like I had my personal chauffer. It was a no stress experience and felt taken cared of like I was one of their family member. Thank you gang! More

A Sincere "Thank You" I am writing to express a sincere thank you to Richard, Dan and Dean in Service reception area and Mike and Jean two of your technicians. On Friday I am writing to express a sincere thank you to Richard, Dan and Dean in Service reception area and Mike and Jean two of your technicians. On Friday afternoon Feb 3, 2017 I discovered there was a huge leak coming from the engine area of my Jeep. I was supposed to be heading out of Town that afternoon for a Tournament with my son. I drove to Southbank without an appointment. Richard, Dan and Dean were excellent in making sure the Jeep was looked at quickly. Mike, your technician who has worked on my Jeep before quickly diagnosed the issue - bad news - not drivable- needs repairs. heart sunk. Dan and Richard did their best to get it onto service. Jean, an apprentice worked steadily under the guidance of Mike in the next bay. I watched both of them work. every now and then Jean would check with Mike who was working on another vehicle. Never one to complain, Mike who always seems to have a clam demeanour reviewed the situation, gave jean a few pointers and he was back at it again. Every now and then Mike stepped in himself, again with no complaint but clam, and very efficient (he's done this before I say) and by 4 p.m. the major job was done and I was on the road. Weekend saved - I was very impressed with their teamwork, and calm manner. While there I also saw the service guys wish a happy 65th birthday to one of your long time technicians. I was moved by this gentleman words he spoke to his colleagues. he truly loved his work and being at Southbank. What I thought was going to be a long painful afternoon turned out to actually be the opposite. again much appreciated. P>S> you need an ATM machine so we can leave these guys tips! More

Service with a smile. Went in for and oil change, dropped by on a Monday afternoon. Had in in and done in no time and an inspection as well. I mentioned that I was missing a screw on one of my mud flaps and Dan O'Neil went out and took a look, came back in found the required screw and went out and installed it himself. Top Notch!! Was thinking about upgrading, briefly spoke with finance, will discuss again at a later date. More
