First Puchase of Chrysler Product Our plan was to only stop by and check out the Jeeps. All other smaller SUV's that we looked at all seemed to have a small motor. After trying them Our plan was to only stop by and check out the Jeeps. All other smaller SUV's that we looked at all seemed to have a small motor. After trying them I knew it was something I didn't want. When browsing among the Cherokee's, Trish came out, introduced herself and was very helpful in answering our questions, describing the differences in a couple different models. She took us for a test drive and we made our decision from that point on. The Cherokee "North" was the one I liked best. When we discussed what options I did and didn't want, Jade was helpful in finding one exactly at another dealership. When the vehicle arrived the deal was made and we then came in a few days later to discuss payment in full with Natalia. She was also very efficient in her job. Picked up the Jeep a couple of days later and Christina went above and beyond to explain the working of the vehicle to us. Overall we are very happy with Leduc Chrysler as this was the very first time coming through the doors even though we have lived in the area all our lives. Would recommend them to anyone else that asks. More

People were sincere, helpful beyond what is the norm, and always happy. At no time did I feel presured, It was the great people, fair pricing, and a feeling of being family that won me over. This is a dealership you need to experience and you will never look back. As well, they have an expectional finance person, who dealt with a person and not the cheque book.
