He was so easy going and ready to assist in any way possible! 100% I will be back to see him for another vehicle in the future. Yvone was ready to take us for a test drive, she explained many features of the vehicle and was super compassionate and caring about what I was looking for in a vehicle. I very much so felt like Yvone acted on a more personal level, she was super easy to talk to and felt very knowledgeable and confident in the vehicles history. Again I did not feel like she was pushing the sale of a vehicle but more so interested in finding the vehicle I needed first and foremost. Next I moved on to Natalia the finance manager. She was very professional and accommodating for the needs of the new vehicle. She was very thorough in explaining the warrenty and protection packages. She gave me peace of mind that she was looking out for my best interests! We set up days for the work to be done as we discussed and as she promised the vehicle was on time and exceeding my standards. On the day of pick up I had the pleasure of dealing with Christina, the customer relations manager. She took me to the vehicle and gave me all the ins and outs with how everything worked. No small detail was left out. Because of these 4 amazing people I now have the vehicle of my dreams, and At no point did I feel obligated to purchase the vehicle itself or any add ons as many people feel at other dealerships. Nobody in this place had a pushy approach as so many others do in this industry. I was approached with nothing but friendly attitudes and respect. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!! You will not be disappointed! More
