Excellent service, quality product, and price London Lexus is pleasantly cost competitive, I purchased 4 summer tires for the same sale price at COSTCO. The headlight on my wife’s car was replaced London Lexus is pleasantly cost competitive, I purchased 4 summer tires for the same sale price at COSTCO. The headlight on my wife’s car was replaced over a year go by a body shop. It stared to get humidity inside the light. It’s not cheap to replace it and it wasn’t under any warranty. I called the manager and after a review of what happened he agreed to replace it for just the cost of the labour. I felt this was above and beyond the top customer care. More

I picked up my new toy Last Sat was the finish to a quick and easy purchase for the 3rd Lexus. All have been the 350 Rx sport. I have seen and felt the vehicles transition in 4 years that has left me very pleased that I made this choice . This purchase was a stinger for the team to meet , however it was , done quickly and with great professionalism. I have known Sue for 4+ years and she has not changed much ,. Sue is a comfortable person to be around, and to talk to .She was always very accommodating to get the answers to my odd questions. Sue is a no stress and no pressure lady, we have all had that baddd purchase experience with the nightmare team. This wont happen with Sue and the rest of the crew. Thank you for a good experience . One last and very important item.The delivery ... We all know the excitement and the fun taking the keys. Nathan was a great guy that took me thru the vehicle and made me feel comfortable asking the same question . It was the best delivery experience I have had in my years of buying vehicles. Lexus of London General Manager, Chris Pinelli is a gentleman, and a professional. During the sales process we were clearly informed of all information needed to make decisions on what was best for us. Lauren Rossini the Financial Services Manager, is a great listener and a total people person, she was lovely to talk to about all of our financing options and needs. Jordan Hallman the Delivery Specialist has excellent product knowledge and was very helpful for educating us on our all of the in depth features in the cockpit of our Lexus! Lauren and Jordan are absolute sweethearts and made this all a relaxing and fun experience. It's important to note, the gentleman who finely detailed this vehicle for delivery is exceptional at this fine art. Cleaning and detailing cars is actually very physical work and is best suited to those who pay particular attention to detail. Pulling up into the parking lot at Lexus of London, there it was, our next vehicle backed in looking like a business jet ready for departure. WOW! I have chills right now writing this paragraph! Also, walking into the clean fresh air showroom with all of the beautiful cars on display, makes you feel like a big shot. It felt so good walking in there and being very well greeted and respected. Help yourself to a Columbian coffee and relax and look at the beautiful automobiles available for test drive.
