Excellent service, responsive, professional and ckurteous Went above and beyond to correct a service deficiency. Went in angry, came out tickled pink. I visit this dealership for regular service oil changes as I was referred by a friend that does own a Chevy and has nothing but positive things to say about the service. I work in the sales industry and I've dealt with three different service members on three different visits. People at the service department are friendly and straight to the point (They don't waste my time with sales tactics). The price for the oil change service is good; the basic inspection and feedback provided is accurate unlike many other places that attempt to up sell you on every single visit. You can have trust that you oil change is actually performed and with the choice of oil that you've selected and that the staff are happy to accommodate small simple requests. On my last visit one of the bolts on my door strap was lose and they performed the tightening of the bolts without charging me. I appreciate the complimentary car wash on pick-up and am am happy to see the same team members around facility; indicating to me that the dealership is well run as turn over may be low as people are happy to work here. Overall a great experience; especially relative to most other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. More

Great service! My family and I have been going to Budds for years. We have bought a total of 7 vehicles and we have never regretted any of our purchases. Great customer service in every department. I recently attended their trade in event and had the pleasure of working with Farid and Rob to upgrade my vehicle. Both were professional, efficient and very approachable. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. Shane and Caitlin are always helpful. Heather at reception is great. I would definitely recommend Budds to friends and family! More

The best! I purchased my Camaro from Budd's in 2014. I figured I'd take it there for service too, since they were familiar with my car (I bought it used) Whe I purchased my Camaro from Budd's in 2014. I figured I'd take it there for service too, since they were familiar with my car (I bought it used) When you purchase a new car (a new/used car even) you never want things to go wrong. But it happens. It's a fact of life. Thankfully, nothing serious has happened to my car. Just a couple minor things (oil leak, power steering leak) etc. In any case, nobody really WANTS to go to get their car serviced. We all have busy lives. Things to do. When I go to Budd's for service, I know I am getting the best service possible. They always take really good care of me. I get that "peace of mind" feeling that you want when you're dealing with a car you love. They explain everything to me in detail, and go out of their way for me. That is so rare these days. I don't want this review to sound generic even though it probably does. I want to stress the point that these people know what they are doing and they will make sure you are a satisfied customer. The second you step out of your car, you are greeting by friendly staff who are extremely helpful. I live in Etobicoke. There is a certified Chevrolet service centre/dealership 10 minutes from my place. I'm sure they are great, but I take the 25 minute drive to Oakville because I am absolutely certain I'll get the best service possible. These people can not be matched. They are the best and I am a truly happy customer. I'd like to give a shout-out to Caitlin McLeod because she has on several occasions made sure I was taken care of. I've worked in customer service for many years, so I know when someone is going above and beyond. Great service needs to be recognized. She's amazing! I just want to close off by saying I obviously don't want my car to break down. But if it does, I know I'm in good hands. More

Therefore, Ms. McLeod, Mr. Maginnis, and Mr. Juve deserved an excellent rating during my visit to their location. First of all, my complaint was received and handled by Ms. McLeod in a friendly manner. Then, the problem was identified by Mr. Juve after carefully listening to all the incidents happened during driving the vehicle. Mr. Juve also accompanied me through a road test in order to clarify the functionality of the vehicle. Later on, a new part was ordered and approved in a very fast pace by Mr. Maginnis. Within only two days, the new part was shipped and personally replaced by Mr. Juve who also provided me with some useful recommendations. Thank you again to all the members of the service team for your outstanding problem-solving skills as well as your professional service. From my end, I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone who would have a chance to read this review if they would consider to buy or maintain their vehicles. More

Caitlin ROCKS! Kim is AWESOME! Caitlin is the definition of excellent customer service. And it doesn't matter if we are there for an oil change or, like more recently, a new transmi Caitlin is the definition of excellent customer service. And it doesn't matter if we are there for an oil change or, like more recently, a new transmission. She treats you and the situation with such professionalism. Caitlin will make you feel like you are the only client she is dealing with and is true to her word. We can not express enough how much we appreciated the service we received from Caitlin when we came in recently for a new transmission. She made the whole situation less daunting and did everything to make the outcome so smooth and less painful. Thank you so much Caitlin for your extraordinary work ethic. We are always welcomed with such friendliness at the desk by Kim. She is funny and approachable. Both her and Caitlin walked me out to my vehicle and helped me remove items from a rental I had, into my vehicle and told me to not worry about a thing. They stood there and made sure I had all I needed and that I got on my way safely. The car was brought in for a new transmission, not a very happy moment, however, my husband and I had smiles on our faces and we were happy! THANK YOU! More
