We were looking for a new vehicle and the salesperson, Sandra Jurcic, helped us decide on the choice we made. A very professional and friendly sales associate and such a pleasure to deal with. Edie Lange, who we have dealt with on all our Ford purchases, epitomizes what it means to make a customer feel at ease when dealing with the financial aspects associated with purchasing a vehicle. Island Ford is indeed fortunate having her in their employee. While we did not have much exposure to Bryan Flynn we found him to be a very pleasant fellow who gave us a reasonable deal on both the trade-in and sale of the car we purchased. First Brand New Car! I bought my first car, a used Ford Fiesta, from this dealership (back when it was Ken Evans Ford). When I felt like I was beginning to outgrow my smal I bought my first car, a used Ford Fiesta, from this dealership (back when it was Ken Evans Ford). When I felt like I was beginning to outgrow my small car I went back to Island Ford to find a car that would better fit my lifestyle. Sandra had sold my parents a truck a couple years earlier, and when they told me about how much they liked her I knew exactly which person to ask for! I told Sandra what I was looking for in a car, a bigger, upgraded hatchback, and my budget and she was able to find me a brand new 2015 Ford Focus with monthly payments that would work for me. I got a great offer for my trade-in Ford Fiesta too! I couldn't be happier with my new car. With my budget, I never thought that I would be able to own a brand-new car but they really made it work for me. I love my ford focus, but if I ever do find myself outgrowing this new car I know that I will go back to Island Ford to find my next one. Highly recommend this dealership and Sandra. Excellent service. More

When I arrived to take delivery the truck was freshly washed and ready for delivery. Jordan introduced me to Edie who explained my options like extended warranty, maintenance packages and paint protection clearly and ensured financial part of the deal closed smoothly. Jordan showed good product knowledge making sure I had a through orientation to my new truck. He also showed me around Island Ford highlighting the parts and service departments and their Managers.
