Initially 3 years ago we owned an awful nissan versa that was a lease vehicle. No one in the guelph area that wee are from would help us get out of the lease without alot of "charges" involved. An old friend recommended Ralph to us at Team Chrysler. He was fabulous!! in less than a week he had bought out the lease on the crappy car (no s/c of any kind) and helped us to get a new 2010 Dodge Caravan(loved it). We found Ralph and the finance people to be very informative and yet not "pushy" in any real way. Of course they wanted us to buy but at no time did we feel pressured. It is now 2013 and we again visited Ralph to do an upgrade to the 2013 Dodge Caravan(loved the 2010 more). Again Ralph and his associates were a great help and we were on our way in no time. Ill be honest i was so unsure of this upgrade for personal reasons that i walked out justy before signing the first night. This was to me a great test of their customer service as no one made me feel bad about this. Yes they wanted to sell me a car thats what they do but I truely felt that they wanted us to be happy with our purchase more than anything. So the next day i called Ralph back and we made the deal!!! I really would reccomend Team Chrysler to anyone looking to purchase a car. P.S. I have always been a chrysler driver so it really was the dealer that sold me as i had long ago decided i was going to buy another one. More

Our eleven year old Sebring had very little time left, so we need to replace it rather quickly. Team Chrysler was highly recommended to us. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by several employees, we advised that we had an appointment with Bourk Boyd. They immediately advised us that they were aware that we were coming and that he would be with us shortly. We looked around the lot for a few minutes, all the sales people were so courteous, they were not your typical "sales people". We met with Bourk and Rich and told them what we were looking for. Both Bourk and Rich were so friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Within two days we purchased our 2013 Ram 1500 pick up truck and couldn't be happier with it. Rajan was very knowledgeable about all of the warranty products and did not try to push any package, he made the decision totally up to us. Magdy assisted when we picked up the vehicle and was absoutely terrific. Our experience with Team Chrysler was the best experience that we have ever had with a dealership. We will definitely remember them when we have to purchase another vehicle. More

After having a rather disappointing experience with another Chrysler dealer, I had the good fortune in finding the car I like at Team Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Mississauga. I was thoroughly impressed with another Chrysler dealer, I had the good fortune in finding the car I like at Team Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Mississauga. I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and professionalism they all displayed, since the first moment I got there, all the way through to the signing of the bill of sale. I wanted the purchase to be a family event, so I had my two kids (3 and 4yrs old) and wife to be there, and to this day, the boys still talk about all the fun they had at "the charger place" :). Shan was great in providing a very pleasant and welcoming tone over the phone, which initially got me to drive all the way up to Mississauga from London. He continued to impress with a very friendly attitude throughout the sale. This sort of pleasant attitude is what you should always expect when dealing with Team Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Mississauga. Rajan was amazing when it came down to the financial paperwork. Not only did he get the approval quickly, but also managed to lower the interest rate for the term. Thumbs'up for "the wizard" :). George and Bourk were amazing in the fact that they did what every good customer oriented business should do: make you feel welcome and respected as a customer. They took the time to pay attention to me and my family as a customer (including my kids), which made me feel very welcome in turn. All I can say is that it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience: I have the car I wanted, at the price I wanted and my kids had an experience they'll remember whenever they see the red Charger we bought. I'd say that's a dealership worth recommending! Keep up the excellent job guys. More

As a woman, I used to find it intimidating when approaching a dealership about buying a vehicle. I thought that either I wouldnt be taken serious or I would be forced into something I didnt want bu approaching a dealership about buying a vehicle. I thought that either I wouldnt be taken serious or I would be forced into something I didnt want buy. When I went to Team Chrysler, Louis McFarlane was absolutely AMAZING. He is not forceful at all, very attentive, and made proper recommendations based on the details I described to him. He is friendly, cares about his clients, and gets things done on the spot. He has some serious "swag" and I just adore him and hope that he doesnt retire anytime soon! Mr. Bouk Boyd, the President, came over out of the blue just to greet us and I just thought that was really classy and made us feel really valued as a client. I wasnt even buying anything at that point and wasnt sure if I was going to, and I really felt that Mr Boyd was genuine and sincere when he came over to greet us. I didnt get a chance to tell him this, but I really appreciated that. George, CRM, was an absolute pleasure to meet! He sat down with my husband and I and shared his vision at the Dealership and I just really felt his passion about his vital role at the Dealership. He really made us feel welcomed and that he was focussed on building a solid team of employees and solid relationships with his clients. Rajan, Financial "Wizard", I mean, what can I say? After speaking with Louis, Mr. Boyd, and George, deciding on a vehicle, we rand into some financial bumps. However, I still dont know how he did it but Rajan worked out the financial details perfectly. I literally saw how hard he worked on the deal and cut MY INTEREST IN HALF that I had on the car I was trading in which was a Chrysler 300C Hemi. There were other things that were troublesome but Rajan just worked on the deal until it worked for us. In two days, I am in a brand new vehicle, no head ache, with a team behind me for anything I may need. I now know why the dealership is called TEAM Chysler. I recommend them to everyone!!!! More
